There's a reason why company has a low star rating. Pay attention to it. Bardstown is awful on internet, I wish they would let another provider come in. Pay for the highest speed package available for home work and you still get slow speed service non-stop, that if you have it at all. Staff is decent, but you always hear bring in your modem or router....non-stop. Always, I have faster service using my phones Hotspot.

Worst internet service provider I have ever dealt with. Their service techs do not show up at the appointment time, and you’re lucky if they even show up at all. After buying internet, a router, and paying service for a month I finally had another opening to allow for an install and guess what? No one showed. Completely unprofessional of any service and I would not recommend them to anyone who is trying to save a couple bucks. Just pay more for AT&T and save yourself the headache

We had picked modem on 11-4 and and canceled service 11-11. Very poor customer service and communication. I tried for over a week to get answers about voip phone and keep getting the run around. When I went in to cancel there wasn’t a care in the world about why. Good luck to them and hopefully everyone else doesn’t have an issue.

Internet bill paid but no internet.. How are you going to send a new internet bill when your internet still doesn't work going into the next month

My service is interrupted weekly. This has been the case for several years. I called Jessica Colter at the cable office requesting my bill be prorated for the numerous outages and was told when we get the cable fixed we can determine the amount. Problem is the cable is never fixed. She's worthless. I called today with an outage and was asked to see where the coaxial cable attached to my modem went. Well it goes through the wall and out to Bardstown Cable. What an intelligent TECH The people that give this sorry company 5 star reviews probably work there. Hey Colter are we close to getting fixed.

This has to be the worst internet around.It’s like Internet in a third world country.Outages numerous times a week.God forbid someone has to work from home during all this covid business.

Staff is wonderful, service is terrible. I spend a fortune on two routers and have to reboot everyday to receive wifi.

Internet constantly lags even with most expensive package and will randomly stop working at least once a week. You'll stay on the phone for at least 20 minutes with someone to try to fix it.

Our internet had been going in and out for the past 2 weeks and when they came to fix it they came into our house without a mask and told us there was a loose cable and that they had fixed. Well they were wrong they didn't fix it bc it's still doing that

I give it a 3 just because of the staff. Very friendly and help all they can, but the internet itself, is horrible!! Bardstown will not allow other companies to come in, pitiful.

If you work remotely, absolutely don’t use this joke of a company. Company slogan should be “Unreliable connection, incompetent staff”. I use my mobile hotspot nearly as much as WiFi the service is so atrocious. Just don’t sign up
