I love this place! I've gone here for years for tire and brake needs. They are always so accommodating and prompt with service. A while back, my new driver had to go there on her own, and they went above and beyond to help her and make her feel comfortable. Recently, I completely broke down. Even though they didn't have any appointments, they allowed me to have it towed there until they could get to it. Originally, I was told it would be a week before they could get to it; however, I was surprised when they called me the next day with what my issue was and how much the repair would be. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

We had the brakes on our vehicle replaced there. After 4 visits the brakes are still squealing. I don't trust their brake repair jobs.

I never write reviews. But I chose this place solely based on the reviews. I called ahead and asked to have some tires mounted and they said I could bring them in even if I didn't have an appt. Sounds good!
I brought them in and when I walked in there was no greeting at all. Not really a big deal at first so I tell the guy what I need and he takes down my info. All good so far. I ask where I can bring the wheels and he let me know. I drop off the wheels and one of the mechanics takes a look at them and says "What are they trying to do to us?" I thought wow really bro? Nice attitude, sure we are all overworked and underpaid but it's your job and it's just mounting tires, it's not like I dropped of an engine to be rebuilt without an appt.
I let it go and leave. Now most shops call you when you're done or give you an ETA when you drop off. None of that. I waited 2 days no call so I called up and sure enough they are ready. They did the job which is why I gave 3 stars but damn work on your attitudes and customer service.

We were traveling 4 hrs from home with our diesel truck and 5th wheel and had issues. Mr. Hobbs and his team of amazing diesel mechanics went over and above to work with our warranty company and get us back on the road and back to our vacation. Family owned company that still cares is a rare find!!! Many, many thanks to these guys for taking us from catastrophe to back on the road again and all with a smile.

Huge help!!Got a nail in my tire on the sidewall during long distance travel. Due to how far I still had to go to get home, putting the spare on wasn't gonna cut it. Called every tire shop in town. None had the tire my car needs for replacement without having to order it, which is understandable (low profile run-flats on R16). These guys were the only ones who could patch it up and get me back on the road the same day! Saved me so much time & money ? Great customer service & quick turnaround. Can't thank y'all enough!

Worst differential service ever. Ended up fixing it myself. The tech thought a 1/4 deep groove cut in the axel was normal. Avoid this place.
