This particular branch is extremely slow. Instead of helping me the lady decides to open her mail. I'll drive to London. I'll never step foot there again.

Have tried to call for assistance for 2 days and can't get anyone to answer the phone.

I have seen a sad change in the amount of employees at this branch. They are so short staffed that wait time in person or in the phone is usually over 10 mins just to get face to face or talk.Timing is everything to get quick service but it is also unpredictable at this branch.The staff is friendly and considerate BUT overworked.
