I had not been to a laundromat in over ten years so when I walked into B. C. L. I was surprised at how clean and organized it was. I was greeted by the female attendant. She was helpful and even cleaned up my overfill of fabric softener on the floor. She keep her distance but still close enough to help with any needs. Thank you B. C. L for a pleasant experience.

The washer that I used was showing $2.75, but charged me you $3.25 for power wash. There are no signs indicating the price difference and no guarantee your clothes will be washed with hot water even if you choose and pay for that. Also, when I pointed out to the person working there that there should be a sign with the actual prices for ANY type of wash, the woman working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. She pretty much said "if you don't like don't come here". No need to say I will never go back and never indicate that place to anyone.

It's an ok place to do laundry. The day shift lady is semi nice. There are post it notes on just about everything. What not to do. There is no public restrooms. Sign says don't even ask. So you better make sure you definitely don't need to go to the bathroom. There's a sign on front door to not leave your items as they are washing and drying. But not many people follow that rule. Can not wash anything pertaining to animals. No dog beds. Half of the dryers are out of order.

Clean place to do laundry. But 12 dryers out of service and a bunch of washers too. Wow get your equipment fixed!!!!!

I took my blankets in there to wash, I had dog hair on them. I washed them and put in dryer. I saw that there was dog hair in the washer. I did not mean to do it, so I asked the lady working there if I can have a towel to clean the washer. She proceeded to tell me that I was not supposed to bring anything with dog hair in there to wash. I apologized and cleaned it up to best if my ability. She told me at least you are honest. But it made me feel so bad. I apologize that I brought blankets in with dog hair. I will not go back. One star because I believe she could have been nicer about it instead make me feel worse then I already did.

They dont use enough water in the washing machines! I've washed stuff there and it didn't come clean .if they used more water the dog hair wouldn't get stuck in them.i won't be back!
