I can mirror the positives and the negative reviews for Riverside. I had so many positive experiences with them until I called about a Land Pride Tiller. I asked about delivery and immediately got a rude lecture about how they couldn’t do that (even though several things had been delivered to me in the past). This man (I won’t state his name) went off. I even said I would pay for the delivery. Maybe he just had a bad day but seeing as I had given them a lot of business and sent two people to them to buy large tractors it was a little frustrating. I’m not sure I’ll go back to them. Customer service and relations are full time. This was my favorite tractor place. Oh well. Covid changes everything, as that was his excuse.

I drive from Paris, Kentucky to purchase my Kubota equipment. When the equipment needs servicing, I take it back to Riverside. If I need parts I contact Riverside Tractor. Sure there are several Kubota dealers closer to me but I have always gotten the best deals at Riverside. The service unit and parts department are also top notch.
