“Just calling them and asking for a quote was something you generally see an advertisement for. But this location in Auburn Kentucky made me feel just that, one of those late night ads you see or hear late. They missed my call while the site was not fully operational yet and returned my call immediately to answer my questions. I don't have a unit yet but I am looking again, and just the way I felt when I called them, rest assured I am only using this location even if it's 2 locations further from my location.. customer service is key when dealing with places that holds your personal things.”
