I tried calling thenumberposted online at 2 pm. I dialed O for operator andit rang 27 times and them stopped. At least Lowes has a default operator that answers and then checks for you. He was very couteous and helpful. I have boycotted the store for years. Maybe they knew it was me caling or maybe it is just an incompetent business that gives the poorest service possible to people who have not caught on to what a waste of time it is to go there.

I placed on online order that had third party items in it. They arrived ripped and not the size I ordered. Did a return online which was easy enough but I chose to return to the store instead of getting a label because I thought that would be faster. I was soooooo wrong. I have made 4 round trips to both the South Point and Ashland Walmarts only to be told they can not accept my return because the machine they use for third party returns is always down. My suggestion is to never purchase any third party items from the Walmart website or you will probably be sorry.

I placed an online order and apparently some of the order was to be delivered by "Tim". The items were left beside public mailboxes in the floor. Who does that?? When I called over and over, there were no apologizes and I had to get a refund. It was awful! I've learned my lesson

dont go to the bakery, asked them to do the most simple small little mushroom design and they laughed in my face. An actual joke
