Charged 3.00 more shipping than I've paid at every other location and this time I shipped 1/4 the weight! Gavin had no idea what he was doing! Avoid this location!! HUGE rip off!!!!!!

It was a great experience. They helped me quickly with my Amazon return and then informed me of other services that they offered. I was able to have them to design a business card for me at a reasonable price. It’s also good to know your money is staying local. Keep up the good work ?

Had two bank documents notarized here. Paid $40 for overnight delivery. 5 days later envelope still missing. Causing a serious expensive problem for me. Do not recommend this place at all.

The customer service at this UPS store is the most outstanding at any UPS store I have ever been to and I have lived in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio and now Kentucky. The owners go above and beyond to let you know of their services and they offer a lot! The wait is never long, even during the holidays. I use them for all shipping, printing and they even do our business cards. You have a wonderful representation of your company in this stores owners.

Needed some notary work, and it could not have been more efficient. Kiah was exceptionally friendly and thorough. Made sure everything was completed properly and perfectly. This is the only place I would ever go to for notary work. Top notch!
