“When to get a trailer they had to cut up. You know everyone always put these men and women down because of there job. The cost is standard across the board if you have any issues you need to blame who made the car truck or whatever to be there. But for me I respect the hard work each and everyone that works here. They went over and beyond there job in helping me. So personally I want to thank you all for the job you do and the job you did not have to do with me. “If I could give Richard and Mackey Towing more than 5 stars I would. I broke down late Christmas Eve on I-64 traveling to Pennsylvania for the holidays. I didn't know what to do or how I was going to get home. Richard showed up very quickly and took me to a local hotel and took my car to his garage for the night. I was overwhelmed with the situation but Richards generosity and kindness made my Christmas so much better. He woke up on Christmas morning and spent most of the day replacing my alternator so I could get home to my family on Christmas. I couldn't believe the kindness and care being show to me by a stranger. I was able to get home by 8 PM on Christmas all due to Mackey Towing. And he definitely charged me less then he could have especially for it being an emergency on Christmas.If you break down or need help near Ashland, you should definitely call Mackey. Richard lifted my spirits and made my Christmas special. I can't say enough to thank Richard for what he gave me this year.”
