They did good on the acrylic part but messed up bad on the gel polish

Spent 70 for deluxe pedicure, lasted maybe 10 minutes and they didn't even clip the cuticles or anything. Acrylics didn't even last a week, and my nails was botched, With a total of 130. Also the only place that my nails burned when they put the bond on and the gel polish chipped, uneven and missing in some spots. Don't not recommend

This place doesn’t deserve 1 star!Do not get ANY services here!! My poor grandmother had a pedicure and ended up in the doctors office from getting an infection in one of her feet due to the harshness of the tech and products used. GO ELSEWHERE, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Not only am I embarrassed over my nails, they took a chunk of meat from my finger while doing so. I would not recommend going here. My nails are lumpy, long, uneven, and a mess. I regret even going ?

OK I am going to rant!!! I am so upset and mad. I have gone to Nails Pro for years!!! The past 2 times have been so upsetting and disappointing, and I go approximately every 2 week and give them lots of business. But I feel they cheated me out of $20.00 tonight. I ask for the 45.00 pedicure, and get which should have been $60.00. I was given the samples to choose my color and I chose pearl. Well I was not asked nor informed that they did not have pearl gel and it was an additional $10.00 per feet and hands to get the pearl gel because they used a small amount of color they rubbed on, but I was not informed of the additional money. I ask for SNS on my hands and they used it on my hands also. So another $10.00. So when I got up to the register my pedicure was $70.00 and my hands were $60.00. I was livid, I questioned it and they acted like they did not understand, last time I went I requested SNS which I always get, wanted white nails with pink tips, got clear nails with pink tips AND GEL. I told them it was not what I ask for and they said sorry. Tonight I told them they ripped me off, I have been coming there for years and brung a lot of other people to them. I will never darken their door, nor will I ever tip for nails again anywhere, if they don’t get tipped maybe the owner will pay them more money. But this old girl is through being taken advantage of by people who can not speak English or play d*** and do not want to understand. This is my country you want to live here learn the language and don’t disrespect your customers. Do not go to TOP NAILS FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO. THEY ARE TRYING TO PAY FOR THEIR NEW BUILDING THEY ARE MOVING TO.Services: Acrylic nails

The service was extremely horrible for the prices that all 3 of us paid!! One of us paid $70 one paid $50 and the other paid $47 never again will I go to this place I will stick with my regular nail place!! They didn't have the color that I wanted it wasn't even close to what I wanted they are supposed to be squared off but they are particularly square and rounded I'm so annoyed and so are my other 2 friends!!Services: Nail art

My wife got her nails done here and they did a terrible job and wouldn't refund us. One of her nails came off that night when she went to take a shower. Glad they got us for $40. DO *NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!*Service: Acrylic nails

If I could give this zero stars, I would I have never been to a nail salon in 15 years that are. I am so mad that I even gave them a dollar that’s how bad these nails are. Oh we’ll try to put pictures just so you can grasp how horrible it actually is me and my daughter went and got full sets and there’s more acrylic on my skin then there is all my nails would never go here. Please don’t waste your money. All of the other comments I wish I would’ve read or I would’ve never went to this place and by the way, he told me the price three times and all three times were different prices. The first time was the cheapest when we were at the mall I stopped there and then that’s why we decided we would go back is because of how cheap it was now I know why. and then he asked me for my credit card while I was getting my nails started, so I didn’t even know that it was gonna be this horrible should have known though, because within five seconds, they literally made me bleed, but he ran my credit card before we even got our services that was clue number one or red flag that I should have known like I’ve never had. Anybody asked me like oh let me get your card before we even do your services and then he overcharged me and I didn’t Know until we left, and I actually looked at the receipt. The worst experience I have ever had. I do not recommend -10/10. He was rough and removed apart of my natural nail when using the mail Dremel. They are bumpy and miss shaped and the bottom are sharp. Will never be going back. I would be going somewhere else to have them fixed but my figures hurt so bad I can not!Service: Acrylic nails
