Shawn was excellent. He explained what tests he was running and why, he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. The whole experience was a relief after the time I've had trying to figure out my geriatric patient of a car. Thank ya!

Could not have had a better experience. Had to return my U-Haul truck late and after hours, due to unforseen issues and it was a pleasure to deal with the person I spoke to on the phone.
