Spectrum is more expensive than kenetic. they screwed over my disabled grandfather by adding tv to his bill when he only wanted Internet and a phone. They tried to add voice to me but i caught it before they set up my service. That was after i stated multiple times that i only wanted Internet. I will be changing services as soon as i can. This company sucks. The service isn't always the best either. It cuts out and runs real slow.

The only reason I am giving a 1 star is because there is no negative star rating!!! I work in the Auto Sales industry and can tell you I have never seen lying like what you get at this store!!!! We have tried to stay local with our business, but they refused to honor their advertising on cable, so we dropped it. Then they promised internet at a low rate and charges THREE TIMES what we had IN WRITING!!! then once we canceled that they continued to charge us for SEVEN MORE MONTHS AND ARE EVEN STILL TRYING TO BILL US FOR SERVICES THAT WE DON'T HAVE!!!! The final straw was when my son who works a $13/hrs job cleaning cars all day saved up enough money to buy the phone he wanted, and then NINE days later it was destroyed with a protective case from MOTOROLLA on it, and this joke of a company refuses to stand behind their product after NINE days. What destroyed you ask? Was it a drop? Or getting wet? NO!!! It has a SCRATCH ON THE OUTSUDE OF THE HINGE!!! THIS IS PITIFUL!!!

Horrible customer service. Store manager said elderly who can't use Internet should go to the library. He refuses to help elderly people in the store to get service. Refuses to print out package details to see what you will get with a bundled package.

Had modem issues, called there (800) number and they were very helpful and polite. Went to drop off old modem and the guy that took my equipment just threw it in the floor. Very unwelcoming and seemed like he just didn't want to be there.

I hate all things spectrum. I’ve been trying to take a cable box back to spectrum and this location refused to take it. They claim because the technician bought it to my house I have to go and send it back to them. It took another year and a half for me to find out I can go to a UPS store. I don’t know why the store exist.
Spectrum is nothing but a rip off all together. This store made more of a headache for me and my family.
This is a response to the store response. This happened a year and a half ago and I’ve been trying to send this box back. You guys did not want to take my box or even help me with the cell phones I had with spectrum mobile. This is the cherry on top of all the other problems I’ve had with spectrum. I just found out last month I’m post to take my box over across the highway to a UPS store. I do not understand why I would have to do that if there is a spectrum store right across the highway. You folks are supposed to be helping your customers, not subcontract other people to do your job. What is the point of your store being open in the first place. It should not matter if someone from spectrum installed the item and brought it into my house or not. You all work for the same company. Subcontracting the work out for others is just raises my bill up. Not to mention the fact that I’m supposed to figure this out on my own of where to go too. I have already talked to spectrum multiple times and I also filed a complaint with the Attorney General‘s office. I do not need to go on Facebook again to talk to someone or anything else.

Pretty bad, workers in the physical store do not want to be there and make sure you know they don’t. 3 people inside and it took them 2mins to figure out which one of them had the chore of helping me. They all looked at each other and said “you can get it”, “no you can, I don’t want to” and then finally after one of them stepped up to the counter it was *sigh* this and *sigh* that acting as if I was an idiot.

Save-a-lots is a good place to buy groceries I think their meat is very good because the meat counters are always empty and filled every day the staff at Save-A-Lot is very nice you feel like Mom and Pop store feeling from the 60s anyway good place to go

I have to say that aside from the obvious services if you want a nice phone, protective cases, or any bells and whistles go somewhere else but get your services with Spectrum they are the area’s best.

Paying 79.98 trying to run a smart TV and 2 phones. Phone lags if I use wifi at home and pictures quality on TV is questionable. Stopped using on my phone so I can watch TV. Ironton ohio
