I have been a Spectrum customer for a long time and I have gone to the Russell store several times and everyone has been very very nice and helpful,for me Rose was very patient while helping me set up my phone. I have been pleased with their customer service.

Had modem issues, called there (800) number and they were very helpful and polite. Went to drop off old modem and the guy that took my equipment just threw it in the floor. Very unwelcoming and seemed like he just didn't want to be there.

Save-a-lots is a good place to buy groceries I think their meat is very good because the meat counters are always empty and filled every day the staff at Save-A-Lot is very nice you feel like Mom and Pop store feeling from the 60s anyway good place to go
