I haven't lived there but I know someone who did, she's very close to me. They pick and choose who lives there, they kick out who ever they want when ever they what. This person paid rent there through HUD rent was paid up and on time, did not vilate her rent agreement, didn't tear up the apartment, kept it clean, she done nothing wrong. Her reasoning for putting her out was because she's been there to long. She's lived there for 4 years with her son who is 4 years old, now tell me what kind of trash put a child and his mother out on the streets because they lived somewhere to long. Come on get real. Plus the have roaches, bedbug's, mice, and rats. Trashy place to live even for the homeless, they deserve better. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in that place.

This place is crazy. They called and said they were coming to see me and help me, and then didn't show. When I called to see if they were still coming so I could leave and run some errands they told me that they had more important people to deal with then me and that they would be here tomorrow and had told me so. I said no I was told 3 different times today that he'd be here and was on his way ( I waited from 9 till 430) they called me a liar. I have proof on my phone. Then they said he'd call me back in a little while. Next thing I know they've call the sheriff on me to check to see if I'm okay (mentally&physically). They started this. I didn't call them first or lie to them. They need to get a life.

The ceilings are soaked with black mold. Roof leaks into and on top of furniture and not removed to prevent more mold. Bedbug infestation that they push around the entire building by only spot treating it. 3 weeks without A.C. and my child is asthmatic. I get an AC unit for the window and they take it out leaving us with no cool air.

Nothing but dopeheads here. Stop giving these diseased parasites a break. Let them drown in the misery they created for themselves. You're helping them continue doing dope by giving them a comfortable home so they suffer less ill effects from their own choices.

I don't know how I can appreciate this shelter when I was hitchhiking in the US. I could not speak English so much. Also, I didn’t have money at all. But, they helped me. I can’t forget the day.
