If I could give them negative stars I would. I have been lied to by customer service about having multiples of items in stock just to drive all the way there and be told they don't even sell them. There tractor sales dept is a joke. Unless you want to grab some free coffee and popcorn and leave avoid them at all cost. I've never had a decent experience with them after multiple trys. 10/10 would recommend closing the store down and putting something actually useful in it's place. Under no circumstance will I shop at rural king again. There are plenty of decent stores that carry similar and better products. Tractor supply is even 10000% better. Never been to a store run worse than this place

What is the problem with having carts available in the front of the building? Monday when I was there,,,there was no carts for me to load my feed (chicken pellets and scratch, rabbit food and sunflower seeds, so I had to go out to the parking lot to retrieve a cart. When I asked for someone to call for help the people at the service desk just looked at me as I was a idiot. So I went out and got a cart for myself.. So as

The establishment demonstrated commendable organization and efficiency, resulting in reasonable wait times and satisfactory response rates. The provision of snacks and clothing options adequately met customers' needs.
However, there is an opportunity for improvement in fostering customer engagement, especially when multiple employees are present.
Despite this, the overall experience was satisfactory, with the positive aspects outweighing the areas for improvement.
One thing I neglected to mention is that the restrooms required better maintenance; the locks on the doors seemed to be broken, and the faucets felt loose. Additionally, the restrooms were not very clean.

Now people this place is shady as Hell my wife doesn't work there anymore cause they fired her no cause which we got a attorney he said we got a case now they sent her W2s and they didn't with held any federal taxes or nothing she called they won't return her call are they stupid it's against the law not to fix her W2s and we will fight this cause I got good job and can afford attorney so people u need boycott rural king they need be gone...
