Great service. Wonderful people do the job. Excellent. You would never know that your car was in an accident. The only thing is they are slow. It took like 4 months to fix my car and that's the reason why they got the four-star review.

Great experience. 2nd time I have used them. I recommend anyone with repairs to use phillips! I would call frequently, always got my questions answered and updates when needed. Special shout out to KD for professionalism and staying in contact with me.

i had an accident with my poor car early in the morning before anything was even opened.. phillips came highly recommended, so i had my car towed there before they were opened and paid for the tow and waited for them to open. everyone was super helpful as soon as i pulled on the lot (there were mechanics and stuff there before opening hours). i don't remember anybody's name but the first guy reimbursed me for my tow, cuz i wasn't aware that i didn't have to pay so i was happy that i didn't lose $100 on my tow.. the process was super smooth from start to finishing getting my baby back on the road. i checked in weekly and they kept me updated. it was only about 3 weeks and when i tell you my honda came out sparkling like i never banged her up. i was beyond happy with the results. i got my car on a friday right before they closed and i noticed a noise coming from the side i had wrecked, something was rubbing. i called them monday, they told me come right in. within a couple minutes had my car up on their jacky things and a clamp had came lose on my brake, during impact probably, and they had me fixed up within a few minutes. and told me call if i had any more issues. and i trust that i will be able to if i have any future issues. they were all so great and im really glad i chose them to fix my car up! hopefully i never need them again but if i do im confident in my choice!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst place in Ashland DONT WASTE TIME HERE. Made me pay 140 to get two bulbs, BULBS fixed. 7 dollars at Walmart for the same bulbs. Wanted to charge 2,000 for a AC coolant fix. Declined to listen to a denial of service. I told him don't touch my car and he still did without permission just to get a buck off me. And claims “ we already had them in” enjoy my 140,, my 139,000 worth of business will find else where.

Giving out the highest estimate possible for a job that can be repaired. Instead wanting customers to buy completely new parts, versus repairing what can be fixed.

My beloved 2013 Toyota Tundra was unfortunately involved in a minor front end collision with some inattentive teenagers. I was referred to Mike and Drew Phillips and their attention to my vehicle's repair needs are second to none. I've never recieved the level of dedication and desire to serve their customers as I recieved at Phillips body shop.The owners and employees are by far the most professional people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They absolutely have their client's best interests at heart. Mike, Drew and KD kept me informed every step of the repair process. In addition, KD was exceptional at providing accurate estimates and communicated with the other driver's insurance company and he ensured that any amendments to the original estimate were sent to that company in a timely manner.The workmanship of the repair specialists at Phillips are truly masters of their craft. They had my vehicle's body work completed in just over a week. All materials used met or exceeded OEM products. My vehicle looks brand new, even better than when I purchased it as a used vehicle. I am truly impressed with the entire process, and just as impressed with the quality of the work by them.I cannot thank everyone at Phillips body shop for everything.
