It's the customer service that keeps me returning, again n again! Their crew is professional and down to earth friendly. They will even help load materials into you car! A very satisfied customer!”

However, there is an opportunity for improvement in fostering customer engagement, especially when multiple employees are present.
Despite this, the overall experience was satisfactory, with the positive aspects outweighing the areas for improvement.
One thing I neglected to mention is that the restrooms required better maintenance; the locks on the doors seemed to be broken, and the faucets felt loose. Additionally, the restrooms were not very clean.”

“Let me just start by saying HOLY CLEAN, this place was spotless despite all the animals they had out playing and the birds it just feels like a really good environment. I don't usually go to this stores location but i was in the area and i needed food for my reptiles and savannah i believe her name was, was quick to help me find what i needed. What needed to be a quick in and out trip turned into an hour of pure awe over the selection of supplies and animals they have. 10/10 definitely my new go to. #skinnypig”

“Went today for the first time to bathe my hyper new foster dog. Staff was very friendly and super helpful, helped me pick out a good conditioner for a bit so great coat and suggesting which of their 5 shampoos wpuld be best. Great water pressure, very good temp and nice dryer. Very pleased, will definitely go back and tell my dog friends.”
