By far the worst banking experience I have ever encountered in my life.Save yourself the time and trouble and find a real credit union that does not gaslight you.I which they gave me the run around after seeing me in person. Hmmm wonder why?I walked right out of members' choice drove over to desco credit Union. And walked out with a car loan in under 10 minutes with a fantastic rate..

Completed a home re-fi loan yesterday with Angel and it was so easy! From the time we sat down to sign the paperwork until we were walking out the door was less than 30 minutes (would have been less time if I hadn't been cracking jokes and talking like 2 old friends). Angel made everything so easy and seamless in a time when so many people are applying and receiving home loans that I can't imagine using another institution to obtain a loan in the future. Thank you for everything MCCU and especially Angel!

Great service!! I have been dealing with this crew for over a decade and I will never do my banking, finances anywhere else. Truly one of the only banks left that gives you the down town to earth, small town feel. I advise anyone in the area to open an account today!!

Very poor service! My husband had Covid and they were the most inconsiderate jerks! They continues to take out of a bank acct when told not to even signed papers so therefore it was fraud and due to having to return payment to our bank they tried to get an extra payment out of us. They don’t care about their customers that’s very clear! Trying to scam us by saying we was behind when we wasn’t! Threatening to come get my vehicle or I needed to bring it to them then o hear ah well we r sorry we made a mistake but mistakes go on credit reports! I will never do business with these ppl ever again! Alan perrot is a total j*** and needs fired cause his behavior towards us!

Worst most rude ppl I’ve ever delt with and can’t even complain because the staff will not let you haha cannonsburg is the worst it’s almost like most of them hate their job and dealing with public. Been a member for 20 years but you wouldn’t know it.

This branch mailed me a letter stating I could delay a December Loan Payment for $25. I was 6 weeks past due but I sent in a check to completely clear any delinquency along with a separate $25 check for the fee of delaying December loan payment.Though they had no policy to cite, a Manager decided that because I was recently past due I shouldn't be able to be helped around the Christmas holiday. Again, I was no longer past due.Then they still cashed my $25 check even though I didn't get the service.I called to get $25 back but was met with zero empathy, zero apology, and someone clearly biting their teeth to refrain an attitude.Not to mention they never officially received signed paperwork for the loan. I could likely stop paying and have a shot at winning any legal proceedings but despite my struggle to feed my family I pay because it's moral.I don't understand a person who works at a company being a Grinch for Christmas and getting personal that I was delinquent. If there's policy fine, but a manager in a bad mood shouldn't be able to just wing it and decline aide the company previously proactively offered.This place can give good service but when it's bad service it's in extremely poor taste.

I have been a customer for many years and if I could give them 10 stars I would! Rebekah Tolliver helped me with the purchase of my house, my car and then my refinance. She goes above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. She treats me like family and I truly appreciate all she has done. She is such an asset to MCCU!!

Best Bank in Ashland! I always get great help from Rebekah Tolliver. She is always so quick to help and very efficient. I do all my banking there, car loans. personal loans. I am always met with warm smiles and cheerful greetings. Plus I always get a Thank-You when leaving. Rebekah Tolliver has always gone above and beyond for us.

Members choice in Ashland has been taking care of me and my family for years. I have my house and vehicles financed through them. Rebekah Tolliver has made our experiences very enjoyable, she is very professional at what she does. My family would never consider another bank or credit union so yes for me it’s a five star rating.
