2/28/24 730pm Lovely staff. Greeted when I walked in. I had a lifetime tool return, and they helped me out. I got asked by 3 different people if I needed help while walking around. They have the great deal of the dewalt 12v tools coming with a free starter kit, so i had to take that deal. Tool staff was there and helped me with no problem. I got the last 1/4 dewalt, 12 Volt Ratchet they had. Online said they had none in stock but I guess I got lucky. Thank you all!

Ordered a new washing machine, took nearly 2 weeks for delivery, then we open the box and the entire front of the machine is crushed, our delivery drivers were very helpful and made sure to document it themselves and take it back with them. Then contacted Lowes and was hung up on 3 times trying to just talk to someone. 4th call I finally get someone on the phone and the only resolution I had was wait for a special order again. I do not recommend buying anything from Lowes website and especially not items you physically don't see in the store.

Worst customer service ever..lowes uses 3rd party delivery service on appliances and it's a nightmare !!! I will tell you, buyer beware and don't pay till the appliance is installed completely and you've inspected their work...Save yourself a lot of aggrevation and buy somewhere else.....Store manager is Jacob Von weimer and he's a real dud and won't help you or even talk to you so it's no wonder things are so bad at this location...I'm Home Depot bound

order and paid for a Bosch dishwasher (not cheap). still have not seen it yet !! I have telephoned Lowes at Russell, Ky MULTIPLE TIMES; however, rarely talk with an actual person and when I do I end up getting transferred to another department that does not answer phone. this place is following the downhill spiral to nothing. furthermore, lowes stopped doing veteran discounts on much of their stuff. what a bunch of hypocrites

Why do i have to BEG people to take my damn money anymore. I run a garage that's doing bang up business. so much in fact we have exhausted all our old DeWalt power tools. I wanted 2 1/2 impact drills. that would have been over $500. Waited. Waited..... still waited. heard "help wanted in tools" fifty damn times. To hell with this. i got so mad i left.

ordered a washer and dryer set online to be delivered to my home, after about a month they delivered them. the washer ended up having the entire back panel broke off and had some scratches around it, so we called and got a pick up scheduled to get it exchanged. It took 3 weeks for them to pick it up(10/4), and they said it would be delivered on 10/21. my husband and I had to call 3 times and they kept saying we were already refunded and Sandy would hang up (then would say the call dropped when we called her back). we said we'd come to the store and get it figured out once we came back today from being out of town and she sounded like she was on the verge of tears. She ended up calling us back three times until we answered the last one, saying she didn't look at our whole account and that the refund was held for the exchange and they would send a new washer today. It finally arrived, but we shouldn't have had this many issues. out of the two appliance managers we talked to in the two months of this whole ordeal - Brian was great, Sandy not so much. I'm never ordering from Lowe's again, and I'm still out so much time waiting for the washer that just showed up an hour before posting this, I have two toddlers (Do you know how much dirty laundry they put out?!) and work in long term healthcare where need my scrubs washed multiple times a week. This was a MAJOR inconvenience for my entire family, it was ridiculous, and I'm astounded at how Sandy tried to talk to us like we were stupid. stated she's the assistant store manager, but severely lacks customer service skills.

I had to put a fence around my property $4000 for a fence. I think I could've hired a preschool team and it would've looked better. They contracted it out as they do... The contractor showed up slapped it together quickly and moved onto the next job. The fence is uneven, the front gate scrapes the sidewalk, they screwed a post to the siding of my house It's not touching the ground it's just a post screwed into vinyl siding. Contractor told me they were going to have to drill into the concrete to set that post. I told him that was fine. But instead of doing that he screwed the post to the vinyl siding at the corner of my house. When the wind blows the whole side of the fence wiggles. The top part of the posts look like they were half cut and then broken off. They are uneven. I have called several times. They keep telling me someone will call me back within the week. This has been the most horrible experience.

Tried to enter the Lowe's Of Russell today with my S/O and was told to turn around. The man at the door was incredibly rude. We are from Arkansas and didn't realize there was a one person rule and he was very hateful about it so we left to do our business else where. And then we sat and watched while he allowed other groups walk in together. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is my personal and unique opinion of Lowe's Home Centers, LLC 350 Diedrich Boulevard Ashland, KY 41101 also known as Store Number 1123. This opinion was formed based on my recent personal experience with Lowe's. On November 16, 2019, I purchased an LG WHT WT7300CW washer, MED663HW dryer and XHPC155XW dryer stand from Lowe's. When the salesperson rang up the sale, the total was $400 more than the advertised price. We had shopped the features and benefits of similar units and made our final selection based on the value of the advertised price displayed on the Lowe's price card for each item. The Lowe's salesperson said not to worry, and that the price would be adjusted as promised using a mail-in rebate which would give us $400 in Visa Prepaid Cards. On November 18, 2019, we mailed our Lowe's receipt and rebate forms as instructed and patiently waited the 8 weeks of processing time. By mid-January 2020, the promised $400 in Visa Prepaid Cards had not arrived. In an attempt to resolve the situation, we visited the store twice. Lowe's customer service couldn't find any registration of our rebate. Eventually we found a customer service staffer that directed us to contact the Lowe's Rebate Center directly at (877) 204-1223. The Lowe's Rebate Center informed us that there wasn't a valid rebate offer for the items we purchased and that we would not be receiving the $400 in Visa Prepaid Cards. On 2.14.2020 The new Lowe's Store Manager Tracey told me that the former store manager and 1/2 of his staff in Appliances were terminated for similar complaints, but there wasn't anything she could do because it happened before she was assigned to that store. In my opinion, Lowe's lied to me to sell appliances at a price $400 higher than I was willing to pay. Knowing that Lowe's staff had used this ploy to sell appliances is simply appalling. In my opinion, knowing that Lowe's terminated the store manager and key employees for doing this to other customers is shocking, but honorable. However, in my opinion, knowing that Lowe's won't make it right with their customers makes them complicit. Lowe's is no longer the friendly do-right retailer that Lucius Lowe founded. It is my opinion that their actions are unconscionable and possibly illegal. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! And by giving my truthful and honest opinion on this consumer complaint site, I hope to help Lowe's improve its honesty, transparency, integrity and services in the future of dealing with me and its other customers.

I bought a stove that was supposed to be delivered today. It came damaged, so the installers took it back. Now they are saying it'll be almost 3 weeks before they can replace it. So, I get to go without a working kitchen till the 28th. That's just how long it will take for it to come in. Who knows how long till it gets installed. Good luck trying to get a manager on the phone!!!

Do not bother coming to this lowes location. There was not 1 register open. There was one poor older lady at the self checkout trying to handle all of the customers. I was having an issue with one of my items scanning and it said I needed an attendant. Well good luck finding one of those. I waited for a few minutes and nobody would help me. So I just left my stuff lay there and drove across the street to tractor supply to get what I needed

Would not give them not even a star! My mother ordered a window April 1st 2019 when the window came in the measurements were wrong after they sent two different guys at two different times to measure the darn window! Here we are June 22nd 2019 and still the window is not installed! Every time we attempt to call Lowe's and talk to someone in management we get disconnected! This window was paid cash! My mother has been with Lowe's for many many years! I am sick by this transaction! Unacceptable!
