I will never go back to this place again for several reasons they are one of the highest places I've ever been to get taxes filed, and they do not tell you how much you are being charged before you have your takes filed. I was only getting 1300 back and I was charged 600 to file my taxes i was also told I got 50 bucks just for sitting down with them that never happens and then when I asked about the 50 they told me it had been deducted from my fee which the math didn't add up..then on top of all of that they asked me how I wanted my money back by check or direct deposit i told them direct deposit i even gave them my banking info yet for some reason I still got a paper check. So why ask for my banking info.. all im all terrible place to get your taxes done ..ill just continue using turbo tax for free
