I’m not sure who I just spoke on the phone with but the gentlemen was so nice. I kind of expect attitude when talking to customer service people because they tend to be pretty annoyed. Even with the looming ice storm, the stock running low, a team member named Gloria Williams stepped up! She isn’t a cashier but she manned a line to help thin the customers out!
