?? I told the women I don't like it sitting on my back, and that I usually get it short enough in the back they have to shave my neck. I also told her I don't want it above my chin. I was watching my daughter get her hair cut and I assumed she listened to the only 2 things I requested.
This women added 15 years to me! My hair is flipping up in the back because it's sitting on my back/shoulders & it's 3 inches above my chin on the right side and 4 inches above my chin on the left side. The pictures are what I looked like going in, the picture I showed her for reference, and what it looks like now.
How are these people still in business. I don't even want to leave my house until it grows back. How awful.

I came to this salon because of Stacy, the manager. Stacy did my hair for years when she had her own shop, and always did a good job. I talked to her personally and she said she didn’t do hair but would make sure that someone good would take care of me. I had pictures and a video on how I wanted my hair done. I had been letting my hair grow so it would be long on top and short in the back. I kept telling the girl that I wanted the top longer with mostly blonde highlights. To do low lights and high lights, with mostly blonde. The girl began putting coal black color on me with it running down my neck, face, eyebrows, and onto my shirt. I kept asking if she was putting in the blonde and she said yes. Going back to the chair, I again reminded her to not cut the top short and again asked if she knew how to cut it. She again replied yes. As she began towel drying my hair I looked in the mirror and was shocked! My hair was coal black with a few chunks of blonde. She cut all my hair off to where I didn’t have half an inch all over my head. I immediately started crying and said my hair is ruined! The girl never said a word, but disappeared!, Later Tracy came and as soon as she looked at me she knew I was a mess!! Tracy said she would try to make it better by putting more blonde in it. I told her we couldn’t put back all the hair she had cot off. To make a long story short;;; I was there from 10am until close to 4 that afternoon, Tracy put more highlights in and tried to shape it up. It was a mess!!! The girl just left, saying nothing!, Tracy said the girl was new and wasn’t good on short hair! She knew how important this was to me for I was on my way to Cincinnati for my grandson’s graduation. No apologies, no I’m sorry, just said things happen! I was absolutely sick to my stomach! When she finished she just said you can pay out front. Again, no apology!! When I went to pay I was totally shocked when the lady said $160.00 and asked if I wanted to leave a tip? I was so stressed and mentally exhausted, I just gave her my credit card. I left there and cried all the way to Cincinnati. I was so embarrassed going to my Grandson’s graduation. I now have a mess until my hair grows out more,, I have chunks of my hair shorter and the color after washing is a mess,,

Riley did an amazing job on my hair!! I am very picky about my hair and I am very particular about what I want. She did EXACTLY what I wanted. My friend and I just wanted simple cuts and all the girls were super nice and friendly. They did everything we asked with no hesitation.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My hair was way beyond light enough to go to the blonde I was wanting per even another stylist fixing it afterwards and what did they do? Didn't even do the consolation they promised and it came out such an ugly orange she rushed me the whole time to get to her next client whom it was obvious she knew she wouldn't use a stronger developer like I asked wouldn't tone it like I wanted she refused even though I said I would've paid extra for it and not to mention my hair was and is so healthy and all I ever had on it was lighter! I spent 130 on the worst hair I've ever had in my life thank goodness I went to a professional and it has since been fixed. The manager had me come in and said she was going to fix it also and all she did was barely tone maybe 3 stands of the bleached mess didn't fix it to my liking wouldn't take my recommendations of how I wanted it fixed. Just plain out horrible. 0/10

I brought my mom in there on January 10th for a wash, cut and style. The little blonde girl that checked us in only put it in the computer as a wash and style. So while the stylist was doing her hair and not cutting it, I had to bring this to their attention to be corrected.Then it was just down hill from there. The stylist was brand new. And I mean brand new. My mom was in the chair for over 2 hours. The girl made multiple comments that she didn’t know how to do short hair and didn’t “know how to style short hair”. We had showed a picture of what my mom wanted to the girl before she started and she said she could do it. Ummm nope. (Mom wanted a short pixie cut with layers throughout).The girl had no clue what she was doing. By the time mom was “done” with her haircut ….4 different salon ladies had helped this new girl. 4!I understand we have to start somewhere but this poor girl didn’t know what she was doing at all. If she didn’t know how do to a simple pixie cut then what are these schools teaching stylists now?Mom’s hair WAS NOT even close to what she wanted. Mom hated her cut and was charged $42 for a pixie cut that absolutely didn’t happen at all.

Took my wife to get her hair cut and the stylist named terry refused to cut her hair because she wore a hoodie and even offered to tuck the hood but terry said that she was not going to cut her hair because she would “run around and tell people that we messed up her hair”. Well Jc Penny stylist Terry won’t cut your hair if you have a hoodie. Absolute worst service imaginable.

I went on the spur of the moment to get my hair cut shorter ( to my shoulders) Charles Smith is the one that cut my hair and I Love it! Told him I wanted it cut to my shoulders still have my layers and trim up my bangs. He did exactly that and textured the ends and it looks great! I’ll be going back in a month or so for highlights.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
