Worst experience well after the fact I should say I spent 60 for my daughter's birthday party and the didn't put the bread sticks in my order and messed up one of our pizza it was supposed to be pepperoni extra cheese and it was sausage mushrooms how in the world but anyways called they said they would replace it and I thought ok that was nice we'll go to get it and Cindy said that she wouldn't replace it even with me having the proof of purchase that is not right why say it if you don't hold up to it.

I won't be ordering from here again. I made a online order and I tipped. When it was time to pick up my order they only made 2 of the three items. I think it was a website error but is the fact that they wouldn't make it right. I told them the order I had. They tried to tell me I was wrong about what it was. The special was free 10inch cheesy bread with a 16 or 19 inch pizza. The employee told me I was wrong about the special.Here is a screenshot of the special though. I also ordered a cauliflower crust pizza. I got the cauliflower crust pizza and half of the special. The half of the special I got was the cheesy bread. I ask for my money back and they wouldn't do that either.

Excellent place. Fantastic employees. Early arrival parking for 2 trucks. (Pass warehouse that's on the right. Turn right onto 7th St. and back up onto dead-end brick road. You will be parallel to the flood wall.) This will set you up for the right side backing off the Greenup St. into docks. They only unload 1 truck at a time. Usually, it's pretty quick unloading. Oh, fantastic food.

I have been going to Giovanni's since I was a teenager, some 40 years, and I have to say they are probably the worst food I've eaten. They were good, but gradually through the years their food has declined. I don't if it's because they expanded their number of stores or if it's because it's post-Covid, but it's not good. Their recipes have all changed and not for the better.

☆︎☆PUBLIC BEWARE OF GIOVANNIS SCAMING U RIGHT OUT OF MONEY IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT & THEN NEVER DELIVERING YOUR FOOD☆︎☆ ***Do NOT what so ever.order.delivery .you stand a very.good chance of never getting it.!! and **BIG.BIG** WARNING ...ATTENTION.... NEVER EVER .. pay with a debit or credit card when ordering from ANY Giovannis...tonight.made the 2nd time (diffrent location) that.when i ordered.online for delivery. they instantly took their money off amd 2 hrs later.food still not here...i called that.location to see what the issue was and waited on n hold over an hour and no one picked up ...my uncle then drove to the store to just try picking the food up and GUESS WHAT??...there was.NO ONE. at all there!! Im going to call the better business brueau and local ombudsman and do whatever it takes to make sure that they get looked into for their shady busines practices. their is no telling how many ppl they have robbed without them being aware of it happening to them. but i watch everything and keep a close tab on stuff. and flat out refuse to let anyone.even a corporation get by with taking advatage of.me. I demand my money back and for them to make it right!! Giovannis used to have such a good name around here. but most ppl i know incuding myself much prefer going to My Dads Pizza anymore. The food..price..service..and fast delivery is a million times better. I would have went to them tonight. I would have they hadnt been closed then I wouldnt be hungry and broke from being robbed and lied to by Govannis. I will never go back to them unless I am paying in cash and picking up my.own order

I ordered for take out. Bread sticks with bacon,spaghetti and calzone. Instead of spaghetti I got lasagna with cheese no sauce. The calzone also came with no sauce. When I called first time about spaghetti being sauce less lasagna she was very smart with me. So I hung up. Then when I found out the calzone was sauce less also I called back. She was just rude. I heard her say oh god. Knew nothing was going to be accomplished. I recommend people go anywhere where else other than that place. I will tell everyone not to eat there. Awful place.

They are the best Giovanni’s around an they have the best crew that care about people. I came across Lori who works here an she is amazing she genuinely cares about people an customer service!!
