Worse chop job I've ever had in my life. Nothing is even. It's way shorter than we discussed and I have bangs half way up my forehead when I asked that they don't go shorter than my lashes. She had the nerve to ask if I wanted her to cut more! I've never been so upset in my life. No refund, no apology and since I paid and tipped up front she got extra for nothing. I knew better than to go there for a cut. Even for something simple, book an appointment at a real salon. That place is a joke. I only gave 1 star because I had to.

I have had some bad haircuts iny life but this one was the worst ever!? Absolutely horrible! It is chopped all over and about an inch long in the back. And I wasn't aware that your supposed to take your own tips. If this was their idea of good business you have the wrong idea .

I have been here in the past and had no problem. I went yesterday to get my hair done. However, I left without anyone even greeting me. I heard someone taking in the back of the salon and waited thinking they would be out in a minute. I walked to the back said hello, but still no response. I waited a good 15-20 minutes before I just left.

I stood in front of the lady for 6 minutes before she even acknowledged me. Even then she didn't look at me and acted like she was miserable and I was putting her out. I left before they called my name

I came in to get foil color today. Before I got there I twisted my foot and my stylist was amazing! She got something to prop my foot up on and even got me ice for it! I'm completely blown away. I have got my hair colored here for about a year and now I won't go anywhere else because of her kindness! She was the first chair on the right.

Worst ever. Older Gothic looking girl cut my hair I asked for side bangs. (Starts at bridge of nose goes longer.) This is the same with all hair dressers.No this women litteraly cut regular bangs on one side its not even fixable. Will never go back she didn't even care.
