The nails are fine. One of the male employees told me to smile more and was rude to one of the female employees. He also kept pulling on my hand and mansplained bleeding to me because I am a minor after me reposting myself to get more comfortable. I gave this 3 stars because of my nails artist. I’ve always had a great experience here. Have been there two times before my last visit because I don’t live in Ashland. This past Saturday, I was the first person to sign in for the day because I came almost an hour before their resumption time. However, the boy that did my nails appeared to be quite disorganized and lacks decorum. He left me multiple times and jumped to another person’s pedicure without a single word of excuse. When he eventually finished my pedicure, he asked me to sit for my nail refill and in the process of removing my nail polish, he got up again and started working on someone else’s pedicure. That was so disrespectful and very bad service. Even the other clients observed this as well as most of them I came before ended up leaving before me.I called his attention to it and he never uttered a single apology. After I got my nails done, I went to make payment. I handed him cash and he asked me if I needed my change back. Wow! That was the height of it. Why would you ask customers such questions ? It’s up to the customer what they want to do with their change. You don’t ask if they want their change like you earned it. The whole experience ruined my morning.

If you value how quickly you can get serviced, this is the place for you. If you value consistent quality work and sterile equipment, LOOK ELSEWHERE. The tech doing my feet did not know what she was doing. My basic pedicure was painful. She used a coarse brush on the tops of my feet (painful) and nicked/pinched when removing cuticles. The tech that did my acrylic set was okay at first, but rushed through my set. No 2 nails look the same. I was in and out in an hour, but noticed that they use shared instruments, don’t sterilize between uses, and throw instruments in the same drawer. My pedicure tech dropped utensils on the floor and tried to use them on me without even wiping them off. My feet are itching, which has never happened before in all my pedicure experiences.Services: Manicure

All of my nails are different shapes and sizes. There are lumps and one of my nails is slanted side ways. And there is top coat dripping from my nail. I would definitely not recommend going!!Service: Acrylic nails

I just went and got my nails done here and i’ve never had a worse experience. I asked the girl for coffin shaped nails and she first of all made none of the nails the same shape or size, one of my nails look like a slide because it goes all different ways and she had to redo one of my colored nails because she made smears all over it but when she went to take it off she used a cotton ball and just left the cotton on my nails and painted over it and then after she painted it she pulled the cotton out from under my nail leaving more spots. I then said right in front of her that i didn’t like my nails and she just turned around after i said it and didn’t even offer to fix it. you will not catch me here getting my nails done again. I’ve heard bad things about them from several people but i figured i would give them a try. yeah no, learn from me this is me telling you not to go there!

Loved my nails that they did for my wedding. One nail was kinda wonky but not so bad that I didn’t love them. They’ve also lasted for a long time first picture is the day I got them and the second is almost 5 weeks after

went to get my nails done today and when i showed him what i wanted he said he could do it, and then when he got halfway done they looked nothing like how i showed him. and when i told him to take the nails off he just cut them, didn't take them off at all.Service: Acrylic nails

Place looked nice online had really high hopes for my nails to look good the pictures I seen looked like they could do nails, walked in looked dirty, my nails turned out bulk not even the right shape I wanted

The guy that did my nails said maybe one word to me the whole time. I noticed when he was putting my nails on the nails were super flat and not really on very well. Didn’t think too much of it. Then he did acrylic and I asked for pink French tip. I didn’t want to be rude and say anything but my boyfriend paid for my nails and tipped $10 when he shouldn’t not have spent $70 on nails that are worse than the store bought ones. The more I look at them, the more angry I get. Do not recommend this place.Service: Acrylic nails
