Our sales person Aaron was great to work with. Very friendly and professional. Some of the other people we encountered I was not impressed with. Slow and made me feel that they didn't seem to care. The vehicle I assumed was ready when we arrived to pick it up. Two days after taking position of the vehicle I found the windshield washer revivor was completely empty. Not checked before the vehicle was picked up by the dealership. Not a major issue, but poor service on the dealerships part. We picked up the car on 08/26/2024.

This was my first purchase from this dealership since 1998 and it was a fantastic experience overall. The atmosphere is warm and the entire staff was very inviting. My salesman Terry Slone was by far the best part of the process — he was super attentive, accommodating, and answered all of my many questions without hesitation. Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Was quoted $79. When my truck was finished they upped the charge to $120. Upon inspection before leaving my tires had NOT been rotated (I mark them). Now worried about the oil if it was actually changed. DO NOT GO here for service if you don’t know what it entails. They’re out to take your money for just waiting in their waiting room and not doing the work.
We’ll,we’ll,we’ll. They lied about the oil change too. Once I got home the oil was dirty and low not to mention the oil filter is the one I used on the last oil change.

I was met quickly on the lot and was able to test drive my two picks and made the decision. Aaron Spencer was phenomenal to work with and made the process easy! Everyone there was wonderful, from sales, to finance, to those in the service dept! Have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle!

Dealer went above and beyond with vehicle in shop for over 2 months during first 8 months ownership, but manufacturing defect precluded repair. Submitted for lemon law replacement

I had my oil changed and tires rotated a few weeks ago. I was satisfied until I had to take my front tires off to replace my rotors. They had over tightened the lug nuts to the point that I had to use a 3 ft pipe as a cheater to break them loose. If I had a flat there’s no way I could have gotten them off on the side of the road. I tried to call and talk to the manager but I got a recording and haven’t been called back.

What an Awesome car buying experience at Mark Porter GMC. My sweet sales person, Alexis, was professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in. Paul in finance was also very friendly and helpful. The sales manager greeted me personally and finalized an awesome deal. I’m so happy with my new vehicle, I love it. Five stars I would recommend.
