“I love the quality of Belk's clothes! We also love to hit their clearance rack when the prices are great! The only thing negative that I have to say is that when it's time to check out, it's hard to find someone at their register & you have to search for someone. It seems like when we are in a hurry, I avoid Belk because of this. Otherwise, it would be my choice!”

“I shop there all the time and have never had an issue. Today I was looking for a kayak and turns out it had a dent in it. I spoke with an associate (think he is a manager) named Tyler. He was amazing he went above and beyond to make it right. I would recommend 100%. Great customer service is the most important aspect of where I and many others shop.”
“They definitely need more cashiers working. Both times I've been inside in the past couple days, they've had one person working the self checkouts & one at a cash register. That's putting too much work on the only two employees working.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is bc I don't want to hurt the employees performance review, but Walmart, as a corporation, needs to do better!!”
“The people in the Pharmacy were wonderful tonight in helping me. Especially Chevy. She is always so pleasant, polite and very helpful. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She definitely deserves a raise. The Pharmacist is exceptional too. I have some problems with some prescriptions that wasn’t my fault or his. The Dr wrote them wrong. And he has worked patiently and diligently to help me figure it out. This is just a wonderful place. With wonderful employees that need to be recognized. Thank you for all you do me. I appreciate it.”
