Very clean and visually appealing hotel with extremely nice staff. Rooms are clean, visually pleasing, and most importantly comfortable!. The beds (at least mine) is probably the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel. Very nice experience definitely recommend!

Very expensive. Remote in the room for the TV barely worked. I guess the batteries were about to die. The restaurant located in the hotel was horrible at least to utilize the room service. Food was cold, food was left off, then while contacting the restaurant from the room, was lied to by the manager. He stated he would discount the food and did no such thing.Rooms: Nice rooms. Television issues though.Food & drinks: Perhaps the restaurant located in the hotel is better when in person. Room service was horrible.Noteworthy details: Far too expensive for what you get.

My wife and I came to Ashland for a show at the Paramount and chose the Delta based on location and reviews. We could not have been more pleased with our choice! This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and the amenities were great for the money. Our room had an excellent view of the river as well. If we find ourselves back in Ashland, we'll definitely be staying here again!Rooms: Clean, well furnished and comfortable.Nearby activities: Port of Ashland, Paramount Performing Arts Center, Central Park, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.Safety: There were kids out late into the evening riding scooters along Winchester Street and laughing. Everyone seemed happy and were very much enjoying themselves.Walkability: In close proximity to Paramount Performing Arts Center, Sal's Italian Eatery and Speakeasy, Fat Patty's and the Port of Ashland. Vey conveniently located.Food & drinks: Nice restaurant with a fairly extensive menu.

The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. Definitely more asthetically pleasing than most hotels in the areas where I travel. The rooms are decent, a good size and clean so it's all most of us really need. The TV systems here (as with many marriot properties) are slow and laggy. Probably not a fault of the hotel itself, but its annoying when you are trying to find something to watch to wind down after a long day.Parking used to be an issue at this hotel, but they've opened up another parking lot that's helped that out greatly. My only complaint is that they never re-opened "The Pantry" for top-tier guests. I travel for business and spend 3-4 days a week in hotels and frequent the Deltas whenever possible because it's nice getting a little snack and drink to wind down my day. The Pantry in Ashland closed during covid in 2020 and has still not reopened as of 2/2024, and is the only one of 7 Deltas that I frequent that has not re-opened it. First world problems, I know, but for someone who practically lives in hotels, those little perks really make a difference. And the $10 store credit they gave at the front desk is a nice gesture I guess, but with the markup on their items makes it almost laughable.

Very nice hotel. Topnotch for sure. Stayed in a room with a walk out balcony!! View was beautiful. They have a restaurant called the Winchester and the food was delicious. Can’t say enough about the hotel or the restaurant. Ashland, Kentucky is a beautiful town. If visiting, I highly recommend staying here.Rooms: The rooms were very nice, well kept and clean. We had a room with a balcony, and it offered spectacular views of downtown Ashland.Nearby activities: The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town. Easy to walk down Winchester Avenue for shopping and restaurants. There is also a convenient Riverwalk a couple blocks away on the Ohio river. Central park is also a large park and it’s only a few blocks away. Beautiful and nice to walk around.Safety: I felt safe the entire time I was there. The town is small. I didn’t get the impression there was a crime problem.Walkability: The hotel is only a few blocks from a beautiful riverfront park that offered spectacular views of the Ohio river.Food & drinks: The Winchesters is a very nice restaurant. Definitely more high end fine dining. Had a great bar with many drink options.Noteworthy details: The hotel had recently been remodeled. Very luxurious. Top-notch restaurant.
