I have a rule about leaving reviews: give the place 2 tries before leaving a review because it may have been a one off experience.First time I went to this store was back in October '22 because I was l looking for a dress for the holidays and saw they carried my size. I went in and the staff member on duty did not greet me ( store had 1 other customer besides myself and staff was not helping them so not busy at all) or tell me about the sales so I proceeded to browse the selection and then went to try on items. I asked the staff member if I needed a key, they shook their head 'no' and left it at that. I brush it off and go try on the clothes,I find a dress that is really cute and want to purchase it but when I arrive at the counter no one is there. Not just at the counter but not in the store. The doors are open, lights on, music on so I call out "hello?" and no one responds. The staff member did not tell me if they were stepping out or what was happening. I waited there because this dress is the only size available that fits so I am buying it today. I wait 5-10 minutes before the staff member comes back in through the employee back entrance and doesn't say a word STILL and proceeds to cash me out. They finally speak to tell me the total and to tell me I get a free piece of jewelry- I would not know why because I was not informed of the sales and really felt she did that because I possibly was waiting a long time and/or left in a store UNATTENDED.2nd time shopping here just happened 3/26/23 and this sealed the nail in the coffin of leaving this review. I went in the store again and there was 1 other shopper browsing and I was not greeted or informed of the sales. I went to try on some dresses but did not find any that fit my style this time. I do not know if there was another staff member on duty that day or if it was a mall employee that was taking a break but the two ladies were conversing and were never any assistance. I read the other reviews from people that have gone in the store and seen they had great experiences and am saddened that both times I have been here have had atrocious customer service.I have worked customer service 15 years and sales for 10 of those years and this type of service was lacking/damaging to your company. You made a customer invisible and not worthy to shop there-A plus size store in Kentucky. I wish your clothes were available online to purchase, otherwise I am good on being a customer anymore at this location.

I want to thank the ladies that helped me today in the Ashland Town Center, KY location. I had been looking for clothes all day without any luck, and these ladies were so kind to me. They found so many options to pick from. I was so happy to get help, and they were absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much, and I am going to have a great time enjoying my outfits in Mexico!

Cute, comfortable clothes for plus-size women. Store manager is super nice and helpful.
