City National is a wonderfully conservative institution. The folks here treat your money like it's their own, and I mean that in a good way. Highly recommend River Hill in Ashland, Russell Branch, Hospital Branch (KDMC), and Main Office in Ashland Kentucky. Where everybody knows your name and they're glad you're there.

Melissa who works at the Wal-Mart branch is very rude. Both of my experiences have been that way with her.My husband and I only use this branch because it is so convient to shop and step over there. We will be using the downtown Ashland branch from now on though.

They are a Pretty set of top notch Guys working there. They really take good care of You while You are there. I had banked through this place when my Wife was with us & we enjoyed Them then & I enjoy Them now. Than You for making me feel privileged to bank with You Guys. GOD Bless to Y'all.

They just hang up on you when you call, i don’t understand why but yeah good luck reaching them. They shouldn’t even list a phone number because it’s useless.

Absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. High interest rates, poor customer service, and not understanding at all. So glad I switched to a credit union instead. Would not recommend to bank here at all.
