I was able to get a service appointment within two days after I called. The parts were ordered and ready when I brought the vehicle in, and the repair was completed in about an hour as estimated. The people were friendly and responsive. I had a good experience. I just wish the cost of the repair was less expensive.

10/10 the most knowledgeable, helpful, and lowest rates in the tri-state. We have looked for months. When all along the vehicle that my family needed was a 45 minute drive to Ashland, Kentucky.The best part was the atmosphere. We were there for a few hours and the entire staff made us feel welcome, including my three year old daughter. No one was pushy. They helped us to make the best decision for our family. They understood our questions and concerns. We mostly got to work with Aaron. He was very down to earth and was very patient with us. Again, we’ve been on the search and you will not find. When I say that Bill Cole met my expectations, I mean they were above and beyond anyone else. I have come to know that Bill Cole is the diamond of car dealerships in the area. I expect a lot from them and they always meet my high expectations so saying they met my expectationsstill keeps them hidden shoulders above anyone else in the market

Staff is nice. I think the maintenance works hard, it's great to hear what's due during service that's critical. I go by my manual on mileage though. They go by their Bill Cole recommendations, but in my case, I do not drive a lot or drive far, and when they say their recommendations, sometimes a service they think is needed is way earlier than from the mileage stated in my manual. For example, they said my brakes were critical. Me and my husband checked on my brakes that evening and saw they all 4 had a lot left to go with them, and they stated my brakes being critical over 3,000 miles before my manuals recommendation. But it's not for all services stating too early on the mileage though, so that's good. It's not like our quality of driving in this type of city is anything like Lexington or New York with how driving is with stop lights and stop signs. And a couple of times they stated my mileage to be way far out than it was. Must have gotten confused by another car like mine that was also there that day. And also my sticker that gets put up in the window to show next mileage due and date wasn't there. I believe that the staff may be overworked or not enough workers. They should not have to feel rushed and in a hurry if that's what's going on. Not sure what's going on in the maintenance department. But if simple mistakes are happening like that, than maybe working services can also be slacked with the customer not realizing or knowing it. I do have a small piece of my car broken too when they were checking on a filter under the hood. It's a small piece of plastic that snaps another piece together to open or shut to get to the filter to check if it needs replaced or not. So these signs and small mistakes tells me they are rushing and probably have no choice. Rushing makes mistakes though. I know they need their customers and keep their money flowing, but it needs to be dealt with more efficiently. So the owner needs to pay attention and check on the workers, and the amounts of customers a day. And maybe have it managed better.

I initially stopped by due to my check engine light coming on Friday morning. Had to make an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. O'Reilly's kindly hooked it up for me & turns out I just needed a new gas cap. I did keep my Tuesday appointment for several recalls though. Turns out they'll call when they have the piece to fix the recall. They were nice though.

We had been thinking about trading in our vehicles so we decided to stop and just look. Right away we noticed two KICKS. Hailey met us and asked if we would like to test drive. We told her we was just looking around. With no pressure she was quick to let us know that she was always available if we needed anything. Next think I know the next day I was there to purchase one at 8:30 am and with the help of Mike and Josh I was home by noon the following day. Told them exactly what I was needing and all 3 made it happen without any hiccups. First time buyer from Bill Cole and will for sure spread the word and purchase my next from there.

My husband and I were looking for a car and they put us in a brand new Nissan Sentra! The sale rep was incredibly patient and understanding. He worked with us well and the manager was great too! We even met the head mechanic! Such an awesome experience!

We had an excellent experience at Bill Cole Nissan! We went to look at a car the had on their website. The sale person (Bebo) was awesome! The only question he ask us was what color we like. He answered any question we ask, and if didn't know he found out the answer. He didn't try to talk us in to buying one. He just let us know what or options were. No pressure! Don't know the Finance person name but he was awesome too! He let us know some options was, and pointed us where we wanted to be. It was an amazing experience!!! Will tell anybody who wants to buy a car to go to Bill Cole Nissan!!!

This was my first experience buying with Bill Cole. They made the whole process very smooth and answered any questions I had through the entire process without hesitation! Bebo assisted me while looking in the lot and when it came time to close the deal. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and made the experience pleasant with his added humor! I definitely recommend working with Bebo if you visit Bill Cole!

My first visit to Bill Cole Nissan. Brought my 2006 Frontier in for a oil change. A comprehensive check was also done which identified needed repairs. Good to know! Nick in the service department was friendly and very professional.

Worked with bebo and Mike they where absolutely amazing. I got a new 2023 frontier pro 4x I have always wanted a truck this is the perfect size for me they went above an beyond any dealership ever has. Will def be back
