I scheduled an appointment with the service department online for oil change, tire rotation and for them to check my tires due to a recall on them. My appointment time was 8:30am on a Saturday. I showed up at 8:15am. No one arrived until 9am although I received a confirmation email. They said I had no appointment but agreed to check my tires. I was told I needed all new tires and they needed to order them so I needed to come back next week. I scheduled the appointment right then for next Friday because we are going on vacation and i wanted this issue resolved before our trip. Changed my schedule around completely and got a babysitter. I arrived on that Friday, they had my car for about 45 mins when the receptionist came and said ... "it's your lucky day, you don't need new tires!" During my first visit the mechanic didn't read my tire numbers correctly. So I understand mistakes can be made. I was upset because I switched my day around and got a babysitter but not one person apologized for the inconvenience. My husband called to talk to the service manager whose name I believe is Derek and left messages for him. We have waited a week and never received a return call from Derek or anyone else for that matter. Very poor customer service.

Had a tire put on. Was put on backwards. Tire was already showing wear after less than a month. Called and their fix was to just turn the tire around. So now I have a tire that is already worn in on one side and out the money. Apparently they don't know that some tires have an inside and an outside.

the service department gave me the wrong part for my accord even after I expressed concern over thinking it was the wrong one. guy at the counter was lazy and didnt want to deal with It. will buy parts elsewhere...

Bought a 2014 Ford Focus. Had a 1 year warranty. 9 months after I bought it, my transmission started going out. Bill Cole said it’s magically not covered on my warranty. They wanted $1500 to fix it. Never buy from Bill Cole. I’m still paying off this car that barely runs.
