Experience was good great sales lady. Actually all personal was very nice. The check out process was too long. We were able to pick out our items the same amount of time it took to pay and leave store.

I was approved through One of their finance companies and the new gentleman that was helping me he wasn’t familiar with it so therefore it got ignored. I was there for almost 3 hours and I set up a delivery found out what my payment was going to be and then I was ready to sign the papers, oh I was on the wrong person and then he just walked off like I was a nobody!! The other sales person that was helping him, she apologized for him just walking off, It’s just ridiculous these younger sales reps get in there and if they’re not gonna get a big Commission, you’re not anything and then it’s just poor. Poor customer service to me.

The salesman was kind and courteous. The only gripe I have is the dishwasher I purchased at Big Sandy outlet was dead on arrival some one is coming out to get it working. Then we'll see how it goes. It could change how I feel about your store. The paper attached to it said there was a scratch on the handle when they loaded in my vehicle we noticed a huge dent on the door instead of a scratch on the door. I should have picked another dishwasher instead. The dent looked like someone hit it with a forklift or dropped it that's probably the reason it's not working.

I give the delivery of my new appliances five stars. The two men took away the old appliances and installed the new ones. They were careful not to damage anything and they cleaned up when they were done. They were pleasant and polite. I give Big Sandy's a 5 for my salesman who kept me up to date on the delivery. I love the tracking system to see how soon they will get to my house. I give a 4.5 on getting my appliances in a timely manner. I guess that is the times we live in.
