Workers seem clueless and shipping to store is a pain in the a**.

I made a purchase online and had it shipped to store for pickup. The sale items were buy 3 get 1 free. After picking up my items from the store I looked inside and realized the free item wasn't there. The cashier offered no help and the 1-800 number offered no help. The only answer they gave was the item was not in stock when they completed my order. It's a free item so they could have let me pick out something in the store or gave me a duplicate or credit on my account, something but nope, nothing, no solutions. They also switched out my wallflower refill from Pink Pineapple Sunrise to pink apple punch. Such a terrible experience.

I visited this store 11/12/2023 around noon.The manager was extremely rude! She first very rudely told me I could not use my 20% off coupon which I had received in the mail on the 60% off merchandise. I then read the back of the coupon and it said nothing about not being able to use the coupon in the store on sale items. When I check out I told the clerk I had the coupon and she said she had to get the manager. She pretended to scan the coupon and she acted like it did not work. She repeatedly said I had already used the coupon which I had not as I just peeled it off the mailer that I had received. She kept implying that I was trying to reuse the coupon which I was not. I pulled my app up and she ran the exact same coupon and amazingly it work! The manager never apologized for her actions. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. The manager was so so rude from the moment I walked into the store. It was not busy . There was about 4 customers in the store.I have never been treated with such disrespect!! This store is usually very helpful and nice but the nasty attitude of the manager has obviously rubbed off on her employees!

Personally the products are great but the workers are so unprofessional I literally watched a woman who works there flirt with a married man while she was on the clock to the point the the man and another customer had to inform her he was there to buy for his wife so until the employees are more professional me nor family or friends will be returning to any bath and body works locations its unbelievable how anyone can be that unprofessional
