Okay Lowe's I have nicknamed slows you can be in there for 8 hours and no one will come up and ask you if you need help and when you do ask people for help they pass you around like a Frisbee and their workers are known for being ninjas once you see him and go to find them to get help they vanish they're quick to hide I don't recommend this store to anyone it causes extreme aggravation when you can't find things and no one wants to help you even though Lowe's is a money maker for the CEO I'm sorry for being rude but it is what it is

I visited the store on Winchester Av yesterday to pay my phone bill and the lady that waited on me was very friendly, prompt and helpful, especially at the bad experience that I had with the Grayson Kentucky store.

I have been to this store a total of 4 times and all 4 of those times nothing was accomplished. If they are not making a sale then they are not interested in helping.

Horrible experience! Spoke to corporate on the phone and was told to go in there 48 hours later. Went in asked of what corporate had asked me to do and was refused. The service. Was rude to me and my grandmother and my partner will never go back to this establishment again!!!

I visited the AT&T location at 817 Winchester Ave. a total of 6 times to get my phone released from a current plan so I could start my own plan. I was finally able to open my own plan after multiple visits. When I left the store on 12/3 my phone was not working at all. I visited the store a second time on 12/3 & worked with manager Cameron S. , he had forgotten to put a new sims card in my phone. When he put a new sims card in my phone my number would not verify. Cameron S. Was very unprofessional & even after a second visit, my phone was still not working. I then had to visit the Russell AT&T location where I experienced excellent service & my problem was quickly solved. The employees at the 817 Winchester Ave. location are rude, unprofessional, & incompetent. I will never visit that store location ever again. The only employee who was helpful at my past 5 visits was Mike.

Walked in and was instantly assisted by Mike. He made it a seamless switch over from Verizon and had to be on the phone with them to port my information over for at least an hour and was very patient and friendly about it all. He also put on a screen protector and case for me after it was all said and done. Will definitely get my business again and I'll return to him when that time comes. Highly recommend.

The Rep was so helpful and friendly and went out of his way to find me the best deal since I am retiring. They were a little understaffed and I went in during a busy time of course.
