Customer service exceeded expectations! Friendly and thorough. Vacuums were clean as well. We bought the basic wash for $12, there were still bugs on the windshield though. I'm sure the membership is worth it if you're local!

These people scammed my 85 year old dad into signing up for a car wash club for 42.99 a month. He'd gone in for one car wash. They then offered him unlimited car washes for 30 days for an extra $5. They never told him that he had to join a car wash club for 42.99 a month. He found out when they charged him the recurring charge the next month. I spent almost 3 hours on hold before being able to talk to them. I had to threaten them with the attorney general just to force them to call me back. When they finally returned my call, a lady in their call center said they had explained the recurring charge. She called my 85 year old dad a liar! She wasn't at all interested in helping. She ended up hanging up on me. Don't let your elderly parents do business with them. They scam the elderly.

The machine ate my quarters, and I did not receive anything in return. I would not suggest going here unless you are looking to donate money to somebody.

The place had trash and debri laying about.... I seen needles and other related material laying about.... Trash cans where overflowing and the change machine wasn't working properly... Usually a good car wash but this time was a disappointment

It was awesome at first, we purchased an ultimate plan for our car, & I quickly purchased the ultimate plan for our truck. The problem we have is! If we go at a certain time through the week days when not busy, the attendants do a much better job washing the front & back of our vehicles & the car wash moves the cars through @ a much slower pace, hence a better car wash. Also the attendants need to work on their customer service skills. I have rarely seen anyone at the entrance kiosk & most of the time they are gathered in the office & don't even acknowledge the customer is there. When the car wash & attendants do their job! It's awesome, but those events are getting fewer. Thanks Rob W

I bought the highest available package at $34.99 a month. It allows 2 washes a day and offers free vacuuming and dry towels, which is great!! While at first I was very pleased...it soon turned to dissatisfaction. It seems as if I'm not receiving the "ultimate" wash even though my window scan says I have it. My car just isn't getting clean! Not $35 clean, as I have had to use one of the provided towels to scrub off excess dirt directly after pulling away from the wash Every Time even after the 2nd wash!

WORST PLACE EVER!! I purchased a monthly plan when they opened. After several trips through the was everything was great. Then one trip through my truck was severely scratched down both sides. I was told by 3 different employees that it would be taken care of of. They never did!

I have had a membership with Suds since they opened, and the service and the quality of the car wash itself is fabulous. The reason for the one star review? They are liars. They advertise unlimited car washes for a monthly fee, but the truth of the matter is that you get 'one wash per day'. That isn't unlimited. It's one wash per day. Their own staff and assistant manager admitted that they have tried to communicate with their higher ups about the misleading nature of the advertisement and they disregarded it. The assistant manager claimed that it meant, and I quote: "unlimited days" I cancelled my membership and will not be back unless they start selling what they're advertising. I will be getting a membership with 5 Star Car Washes.
