They told me 10 days to 3 weeks and if the insurance company had responded quicker I would have had it back in 10 days. Definitely would recommend these guys.”

When I went into the shop, I was able to speak with the estimator and ask any questions. Their customer service is great! They are courteous, fix any issues in a timely fashion, reasonably priced and aren't trying to pressure you into purchasing services that are unnecessary or not needed just yet. I just had a warranty issue with a part they installed a few months ago, and they replaced the part through the warranty without any issues. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Joe Hudson’s staff was extremely helpful and professional from the beginning to the end of the process. My car was it, prior to April 2024. I wasn’t in the car at the time. The people who hit it didn’t have the common courtesy to leave their information imagine that. I would like to find a reasonable place to have 24/7 360 degree surveillance cameras direct wired into my car. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Joe Hudson’s, why because I grew up in the Eastend and I know they’ve been in our community for a very long time. I know this because they are always busy doing great quality work, and that’s why the East End thrives on being affiliated with great companies like Joe Hudson’s.

“Would give 10 stars if we could!!!! Butch Parsons/Parsons Body Shop was recommended to us by a friend when my daughter's car was hit by another student. Butch was great and worked us in for an estimate within just a few days. His estimate of work + parts was so thorough and his pricing so fair that the person paying did not even ask us to get a second or third estimate! The finished total was exactly what he said it would be, too.
