“rediculous to have a beautiful building called a bank that has no cash,1 sometimes 2 employees that cant help you other than show you where the video teller is. i waited at the drive up video teller for several minutes before the guy in front of me got waited on, i finally got out of line and walked inside for another extended wait behind someone else at teller screen trying to remedy a business account all the while 2 employees standing in the bank were in idle chit chat talking to each other. i asked why park has not turned this bank into a restaurant as it would serve the public better. i then went back to my car to try the drive up teller again and once again an extended wait. hire people or close up. it is not a convenience.”

No one is comfortable when your bank account is compromised and you don't know what to do or any other concern. These people are wonderful! I've been a Park member since 1989. “I have been banking with republic for 25 years. I love love their mobile app and their credit/debit security features. Fraud things are rampant these days. Republic has always made me aware, worked with me and been there. I do call most time before I travel to let them know so I don’t have issues out of state but communication is key in anything you do. Again I don’t go into the bank very often but I call the customer service line a lot and I never am left on hold for long periods of time and they actually help. And I use the app daily to manage my accounts and move money , deposit checks or view balances. I have been very pleased and wouldn’t change. Loyal customer for 25 years.”

“Opened my account at this branch, long before BB&T and SunTrust merged. (Was a BB&T customer). Tammy was the manager back then, and I used to jokingly refer to BB&T as "Better Banking and Tammy".
I've had to learn, not only how Sun Trust worked, but how the two merged. And this isn't my "First Rodeo", when it comes to banks getting bought- out, and merged.
People really need to get with the times, and get over themselves. Aldin is the best: he's great at dealing with this entire situation, and has been everything that is calm, compassionate, extremely well- mannered, takes the time to hear you out, and work through it all.
Stay calm, take a deep breath, and realize that "acting like a fool" won't get you anywhere these days. I no longer live near to this bank branch, but I will drive out of my way, to connect with everything I need.”
