However, Ms. Corp did a great job explaining other benefits of PCCU, especially for small business owners, so I plan on using them more in the future. Fundamentally, they are what regional banks used to be. People interested in Louisville's prosperity should really consider using PCCU.”

“Great bank. Wouldn't bank anywhere else! Theconly problem is with the outside ATM in the drive thru, at the Westport Road location near Kroger and White Castle, always has problems. It either can't read the cash or it cannot provide a receipt when you deposit cash or it has other problems. This has been going on for months. Other locations don't have this problem. I still love 5/3rd better than any other bank because they have great customer service and knowledgeable friendly staff! ???⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
