Posting for a friend that doesn’t have FB. Meat didn’t hang but 3 days. Steaks were so tough you couldn’t eat them. Hamburger & roast were ok. 1200 lb beef should hang at least 6-10 days. Disappointed & won’t go back.DicksonGallatin TN
