Spent $30 on a car wash that when I wipe my truck off after my hand was dirty. Definitely won't waste my time or money there again.

After discussing my concerns and wash options, I chose the most expensive wash. (I splurged, ok! Lol! I usually wash by hand, but was short on time, so I cheated!) Upon inspection once I got home, I was soooooo disappointed. I ended up having to handwash my wheels (they're black, so half washed and unwashed really shows) and wheelwells, and detail the whole front of my car. My main concern was that I drive an SUV, and other carwashes never get the front or back good enough. Like, theres always dirty spots where the brushes couldn't reach. I was told the two wash attendants were there to focus on the front and back. The black grill was like the wheels, half washed, and the dead bugs were pretty much untouched. This was only the second time in 9mo that my brand new car had been through a carwash, again, because I usually handwash it. Lesson learned.

The only thing I have a problem with is on passenger side not putting on enough tire shine. I end up putting on my own tire shine which I shouldn't have to do!Services: Vacuuming

Awesome car wash! Then vacuums are free and easy to use, with hoses on each side of the car and two types of attachments. Also provides window, detailing spray and rags for free! Made even my old car look great!??Thanks Tidal Wave ❣️???
