“In 2020, my daughter and son in law, my grandson's parents died. We had an unimaginable amount of "stuff" to deal with, as my grandson was moving in with me. Right around then, your facility in Newport, KY opened. We rented a small unit. We filled it with boxes memories, pics, etc. Well, out of sight, out of mind.My grandson and I made a concerted effort to clear the storage cube out. He is a full time college student, working 4 jobs, and I am 74 years old with poor mobility.Yesterday, 4-16 was the birthday of my daughter, and after clearing out, mopping and emptying the unit, I finally closed our account.I have not had any experience with storage units, but have heard stories of not being clean, bugs, and safety issues, etc. I found this one to always be very clean, no infestations, and well monitored. Always felt safe working in our unit.When I closed the Account Paul-MarKeith was one of the people I dealt with. He was very polite, co-operative and professional.I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, cleanplace to store your valuables. Five star plus!!!My only negative comment would be how much the cost of rental rose throughout the past 4 years, but you get what you pay for. Good job and thank you!!!!”

“We have been very happy with our experience at Key Storage. We have a 35-foot fifth wheel and Callie was very helpful in finding us a good spot for us to park it. They have contacted us several times to let us know that different sites are available if we were interested in moving. Customer service is excellent here, and the staff makes a point to get to know people. We previously stored our RV at a different storage facility in NKY but are much happier with the staff and experience at Key Storage.”
“I use this storage facility each year to store Christmas Presents so I don’t have to hide them from the kids. We have Amazon ship them straight to the facility and the team there puts them in our unit for us. Then I go in and put the stuff together before Christmas. They are amazing! Troy is the manager and he is so pleasant and accommodating! I would highly recommend this facility for anyone!!!”

“Very happy with Amelia Public Storage. Sunday morning, my husband and I decided to get a storage unit but we're afraid that we wouldn't be able to secure a unit with it being a Sunday. I went online and was able to complete the process in less than 20 minutes...which was incredibly easy and convenient. By 11am, we had already made two trips to our storage unit. I only stopped by twice so far, once to rent a space, and then again to fill it, but so far, the staff has been very accommodating. “Safe, secure, affordable. Staff is only there during normal downtown business hours, but are reachable by phone if needed. Clean facilities. Access is limited, as they close at 11pm, but totally worth the price. Also, they have web access for payments, and e-mailed reminders for when payment is due so that you don't accidentally miss it, which is extremely helpful and sometimes sorely needed.”
“I had a complicated move because the house I was in sold so quickly and I needed to leave my current place a month before my next one would be available. So I needed all my belongings moved once to a storage unit for 30 days and then again to my permanent address.Which was pretty cost prohibitive. Going with Pods was easy and significantly more affordable than 4 of the moving companies I called. They were professional and on time and had very effective communications with me. I'd highly recommend their services.”

“The reservation process was simple; made reservation the night before online. Showed up at location, in a few minutes I was all set. I rented a GMC van for the day to help finish up my local move. Initially, I wasn't looking forward to driving it (I'd rented a medium size truck in 2011) based on past experience. The van was easy to drive, had a lot of power, had A/C, and was very clean. While it took me about 7 hours to complete the job, if I used my SUV, I'd probably still be working!!!!
Not planning to move for a good long time after this, but if the need arises U-Haul will be my first call.
My only suggestion would be to consider having forms available by drop box (or include one with contract). My WiFi didn't work, so I had to go old school(back to pen & paper) to put mileage, time returned, and fuel level on my rental. I'm assuming all was well, since I'd not received any calls today from the U-haul office.
Other than this, it was a very positive experience for me!”
