“Been using Compass Self Storage for a few years. They have always been helpful and very respectful. They are a great place to use to store your items. We had a climate control unit that never had a single issue. Mark Melson especially is a wonderful person who explained exactly how everything worked with exceptionally detail. If we ever need a storage unit in the future we will be coming back here!!”
“Rented a second unit in Newport KY in a rush and the service was amazing. Had to stop in because I couldn’t complete my rental on my phone ATM and the employee who called me, Bri, was right there to log me in and show me around. Paul was also super helpful and was there to assist while training Bri.
The next day with my movers, I got turned around finding my new unit in the complex and ran into Bri again. Without hesitation she stopped to help and walk us exactly where we needed to be.

“Very happy with Amelia Public Storage. Sunday morning, my husband and I decided to get a storage unit but we're afraid that we wouldn't be able to secure a unit with it being a Sunday. I went online and was able to complete the process in less than 20 minutes...which was incredibly easy and convenient. By 11am, we had already made two trips to our storage unit. This morning, I received a nice Welcome phone call from Amy. She was very sweet and professional. As someone who is in the customer service industry, I appreciate Amy's efforts. “Had a very good experience with my move using H. Johnson Moving. They guys were right on time as promised and they were very courteous and fast with carting things to the final destination. I wasn't moving very far and they told me the duration should fall within their two hour minimum and surely enough it did. My movers were rock stars - I was amazed at how quickly they got things done and had no damaged items upon unpacking. I would definitely use them again, no question!”

“Safe, secure, affordable. Staff is only there during normal downtown business hours, but are reachable by phone if needed. Clean facilities. Access is limited, as they close at 11pm, but totally worth the price. Also, they have web access for payments, and e-mailed reminders for when payment is due so that you don't accidentally miss it, which is extremely helpful and sometimes sorely needed.”
