February 2024 by Remi J
My initial experience at Mike Castrucci Lincoln of Alexandria seemed positive when I went to purchase a car, armed with a pre-approval that was valid until December 31. My purchase on December 22 appeared to go off without a hitch, but the situation deteriorated significantly from there.A month after my purchase, I was unexpectedly informed via text message that my pre-approval had supposedly expired—contrary to the actual expiration date. This was not only an incorrect assertion but also communicated to me belatedly. Further complicating matters.The real shock came on February 6, when I learned from my bank that a new loan had been processed without my prior knowledge or consent. This new loan not only had a different finance amount and APR but also contained false information. To make matters worse, I discovered I was past due on payments for this unanticipated loan, exacerbating an already stressful situation.This ordeal has been both frustrating and disappointing, stemming from a lack of clear and timely communication from the dealership and, more concerningly, the unauthorized submission of a new loan application with inaccurate details. The handling of financial matters and customer interactions in this manner is unacceptable and has significantly tarnished my perception of Mike Castrucci Lincoln of Alexandria.I urge the dealership to thoroughly review and improve their finance and communication protocols to prevent future customers from facing similar distressing experiences.

This is my Favorite Ford dealership in the greater Cinncinnati area. The sales team are second to none they genuinely care they follow up after the sale help with any needs. Even helped in getting an after market bed liner with Line X. The service department is always helpful and efficient stop and see Evan your personal assistant. James and Shane in new car sales.

My father bought a car from here the next day he noticed oil spots in his driveway he went to drive the car to the store and his engine was smoking and smelled like it was on fire we called and spoke to the salesman that sold him the car he informed us that they do not do any inspections on their used cars and it is sold as is he said I could call and speak with the manager on Monday. I spoke to the manager on Monday he reluctantly let us bring the car in but he said he made no promises. They called my father on Friday to come and pick the car up they did not fix it it is still leaking oil and is still smoking and smells like it's on fire. My Dad called them back and his salesman Matt said there is nothing he can do for him. Is this how you treat the people in your community?

Hate writing negative reviews but honestly this was a horrible experience. The salesman was atleast nice. Viewed two cars over $21,000. The first car needed to be jumped before the test drive (red flag). Drove rough and had a leak as well when I checked under the car. The second car had a check engine light on and the transmission was completed busted. This felt like a private seller quality , not a Ford dealership. Would shop elsewhere;

This has to be the absolute worst service department I've ever seen. I bought a new F150 about a month ago, at a different dealership, because they had what I wanted in stock. Ordered a subwoofer kit from Ford Accessories, had it shipped to Castrucci in Milford, because they had service openings according to Ford website. Was contacted next day & told there wasn't actually an open appointment. No problem, told them I would rather go to Alexandria as it's closer to home. Parts guy says no problem, he can send it right over to them. Maybe I should have waited for Milford to get me in. Made appointment with Alexandria. Drop it off the night before so I don't miss any work. Appointment was at 1. Service writer calls me at 4 & states that his tech won't be able to finish it that day, needs to keep it overnight. I told him I know the job books for 2 hours, what's the problem, you don't close till 6, and I really need the vehicle to get to work. Says he will call me back. Calls back half hour later, they have not even pulled it in the shop yet! So next day, I call them at 10:30 to see if they are going to bother with getting the truck in. " Oh yea he's working on it right now I'll call you when it's ready " 4:30 I get the call. Had to pick up after hours because I was working late. Truck is filthy, has a greasy head printing middle of windshield & about 1/8 tank less fuel. Not sure why you need to test drive for a speaker installation! I work for Ford I will be contacting our dealership rep tomorrow. I wouldn't let these clowns work on my kids bicycle after this experience. This is my first & last time dealing with their service department. I was treated better at Hyundai for a 10000 dollar car than I was by these fools for a 65000 dollar truck!

We were really concerned when we ordered our vehicle that the dealer might not keep their word after the nationwide delays we experienced. It's definitely a seller's market and the vehicle was sought after. Greg Risch and the Castrucci team held true to our offer. They showed genuine concern for our needs and did a great job educating us on the features of the automobile. I would strongly recommend Greg. He's been there for a long time (especially in that business) and he's the kind of person who is going to go out of his way to represent his company's integrity in a special way.

I recently took my truck in for a new battery. Was told on the phone price would be $179 no appointment needed. Drove over and was told again battery would be $179 plus tax. After an hour asked about truck and they inspected and found other item the truck needed, I only wanted battery changed. Finally they brought me my truck and total cost was $264, they said my truck had a gel battery which cost more. Never came and told me. Battery cost was $199 labor was $43. I was taking my truck there for everything, no more.

Was happy with the Service Department. I was able to get my daughter's car in for the driver side airbag recall and the brake recall with her 2010 Fusion (used to be my car). I called a few weeks in advance once I found out the days she would be coming in town. I called several other dealers who could not get her in especially Beechmont Ford who I have given a ton of money over the years and they responded with horrible service. It's just unfortunate there are few choices nearby. I worked with Greg and had him replace all the fluids since I know it hadn't been done in at least 4 years. The brake fluid was covered by the brake recall. The power steering is electric so no fluids. They didn't have enough time to do the Transmission oil that day since the recalls took most of the day. I let them keep the car to the next day and they had it done early in the morning. Picking up the car they were very nice and answered any questions. This is my first time dealing with a Mike Castrucci dealership and was happy. I like their commercials :) They also stand behind their work unlike the Mason Kings Ford Dealer who used a faulty part and my car was leaking oil (bad gasket) but couldn't fit me in a month to fix it (Ditto for Beechmont Ford) and it was under warranty. I ended up paying cash to Midas shop who did a great job in diagnosing. I tried to get money back from Ford with no luck. Also the Mason ford dealer Service Manager would not talk to me when I showed up in person. I wish I would have taken my car here!

Our Ford Escape has a broken door latch on a rear passenger door. To keep the door shut, we have run the seatbelt through the door handle. Ford has recalled these Escapes for the broken latch problem so we called Mike Castrucci for the repair. They said the part would need to be ordered as it was not on hand and we were given an appointment for today at 11:30 AM (3 weeks from when the part was ordered). Two days later, we were called and told the part we needed had already arrived but our appointment was still nearly 3 weeks away. The dealership is 45 minutes from our house so my husband drove his car there early this morning and dropped the car off for the appointment we have had for three weeks. Unfortunately, he was told by Ken that he wasn't sure the part was even there and they were swamped and may not get to it today. Remember, we had the part ordered especially for us, were called when the part came in and had already waited THREE WEEKS for the appointment. My husband had a colleague pick him up and drive him to work. After work, I drove 45 minutes and picked him up to take him to the dealership hopefully to get his repaired car. Nope. Appointments mean NOTHING. So BEWARE. Your time and inconvenience does not matter to them. We will not be doing any kind of business at Mike Castrucci's dealership. (Side note: at the end of the day the manager Bill was nice but it was too little too late.)#mikecastrucci #mikecastrucciford

It's a dealership, what can you say. They did their job and performed service like normal. Service took EXACTLY an hour just like was predicted for a tire rotation and oil change. Feel like it could be faster but they did what they said.

I scheduled a "Works Package" (oil change and tire rotation) a week ago and was told the price was $49.99. When I showed up today they said the price increased by $20 starting today. I should have been offered the price I was quoted. SO after leaving work and driving half an hour to get there they would do nothing for me. I took my keys and will never go back. When I am due for a new car the Castrucci family of dealerships will not be on the my list.
