Went looking for used car at Kerry in Alexandria. I was approached by salesman named Rob, and I will have to tell you that I had the best experience with him. He went over everything on the vehicle including warranties. Test drove the vehicle and purchased it. Then the manager came out tied red white and blue balloons on it. I felt very special. I would definitely recommend Rob and Marty (manager) for your next purchase. BIG THUMBS UP!!

Service dpt is absolutely HORRIBLE! Dishonest, untrustworthy, terrible communication, and just flat out incompetent. My 1 week repair has turned into a month! 4 days in a row I was told my truck would be finished "hopefully today, if not, definitely tomorrow." Either they're incompetent and don't know how long repairs take, or they're just flat out liars. Or both. Nearly impossible to get a hold of the guy that is supposed to be keeping me informed by phone. Ive had to drive 30 minutes each way to the shop only to find him sitting on his butt, and guess what he tells me?? "Hopefully today, if not, tomorrow" The repair was covered by my warranty but ive spent so much time and money at this point, it would have been cheaper and faster to do the work myself. This has been an absolute joke. I recommend a small business with a good reputation and certified mechanics. I recommend Don Baxter in Alexandria. I have a wife and 5 kids and I own a small construction company and I depend on my truck for my livelihood. Kerrys unprofessional behavior has absolutely put unnecessary strain on my business, my finances, and my overall stress levels, and they could care less. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle ANYWHERE else.

I was interested in a used Colorado and was going to take it for inspection. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone the day before the inspection. The morning of the inspection the sales manager told me the car was available and I could take it for the inspection. I show up and the car had been sold the evening before. I’m not reviewing them poorly because they sold the car; I’m reviewing them poorly because he didn’t check the sales log and wasted the mechanic’s and my time. Instead of checking the car was still on the property and for sale, the manager assumed the car was still there and didn’t communicate well with me

My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade from Kerry Hyundai in Alexandria Ky. We had been looking for about a year. We made several stops to the dealership and discussed everything with Andy Hanck/Sales and Matt Riegler/Finance over the course of that year. They both were very helpful and never once pressured us at any time. When we finally decided to buy the process could not been any smoother. We wish to say huge thank you to Andy, Matt and the whole Kerry Hyundai Team. If you are looking for a car this Kerry dealership is where you need to be to start and finish the process.

The problem I had with my 2002 Suburban was the electric window regulator and motor finally gave up. The dealership ordered the parts and did the install. The window is now working properly.

Justin Oliver handled our transaction almost 100% by phone and email. He worked with the finance department to have everything ready when we arrived. When we arrived at the dealership, it took about an hour or less to take a test drive and complete the paperwork. The whole process went as smooth as I could have hoped. The gentleman in finance was friendly and low pressure. The person who oriented us to the vehicle was fantastic as well. He was very knowledgeable about the operation of our vehicle. The purchase experience couldn't have gone better.
