Instructed to pick up a bar code card to get back in. Excellent gym for heavy lifting. Free weights, machines, squat rack etc. clean rest rooms with a shower. I'll be back when in town.”
“Needed to change it up from the workout that I was doing for 5 consistent years and so happy I did! I love that there are so many class times to choose from and the variety of classes. The coaches and very nice and knowledgeable.”

“I was new to Cincinnati and I was looking for a gym that would challenge me to be better. Honestly, I am the worst when it comes to programming my own works outs. Thankfully, Crossfit has solved this problem for me! All I need to do is show up. Everyone at this gym is extremely welcoming. They took the time to get to know what level I was at and gave me the support I needed to get started. The coaches are very approachable, keep you motivated, and help push you past your barriers. I highly recommend checking out Crossfit Regulate, whatever your fitness level is.”

“Thank God there is a safe place for my daughter to go after school until I get off work! And grateful they offer a schools day out program for her to go to and I don’t ever have to worry about finding a sitter or somewhere for her to go when school is out! Especially during long breaks like Christmas”
“I have Parkinson's Disease, and I have been working out with Lisa and the folks at Coors Core Fitness since 2014--shortly after I was diagnosed. I can say without a doubt that I am stronger and fitter than I've ever been, and I am +/-55 years old.”
“Has everything you need to stay in shape at a fair price: track, lap pool, basketball courts, tennis, racket ball, pickle ball, treadmills, stationary bikes, rowing machines, 2 different weight rooms, hot tub, sauna, numerous exercise classes, steam room, massage area, large seating area with bar. Tons of parking, friendly staff and several trainers on staff.”
“I took my very first group fitness class tonight, Demolished with Shelby. It is exactly as the name suggests. Every muscle is going to be put to the test. Shelby was an excellent instructor, aware of each participant as she made her way around the room with words of encouragement to keep you pushing through. Her playlist was fun and made of a variety of genres. If you want to challenge yourself in a positive environment with others on the same mission, take this class.”
8AM - 12PM
846 Monmouth St, Newport“I am not a fan of working out. At least, I wasn't until we started working with Shawn. Now, I look forward to our sessions. My goal was to feel stronger and to learn more about lifting weights - this has been accomplished and then some. Shawn takes the time to explain the exercises and makes sure that they aren’t exacerbating our existing injuries. Definitely recommend!”
“Joshua! What a fabulous human and coach. I was very hesitant to seek out a personal trainer & my only regret is I wish I had asked for Joshua’s help sooner. My favorite things about working w Joshua… 1) he holds you accountable!! But not in a scary way… he humbly seeks to understand. He asks probing questions that dig into motivation that begin to scratch the surface for WHY behind your goals so that he can help you build a plan to achieve 2) he leads by example. NEVER has Joshua asked me to restrict. He helps you build a sustainable plan that enables you to live life tastefully AND on track to meet your ideal self. He doesn’t miss out on ice cream, so why should I?? 3) he is so knowledgeable. From the first conversation I had w Joshua I knew I was going to learn so much working w him…however, not only have I learned so much, but his energy to learn more is contagious and I’m inspired to keep learning. Joshua provides you w what feels like endless amounts of coaching in topics like: habit formation, nutrition (I was definitely not getting enough protein before working w Joshua!), strength training, goal setting & achieving, productivity etc. 4) Joshua builds a personal plan that fits YOU. I was working remote for a month and was really worried about the progress we’d made (strength building, clean eating etc.) because w/out a routine & traveling I thought I would regress to old habits… Joshua detailed a guide for me that included local gyms he tracked down in PORTUGAL as well as hikes/activities and grocery stores nearby w healthy choices for vegetarians… I mean wow. He made it so easy for me to put fitness first. Joshua 5) he’s in your corner! This is one of my favorite aspects of working w Joshua; he’s the best cheerleader. He taught me to celebrate the small wins and when doubt reared it’s ugly head… he was first to reassure me.I signed up for 3 months w Joshua and I’m so excited to continue this journey… I wouldn’t pick anyone else to be in my corner. Thank you Joshua!!!”

“My son was definitely scared at first but Lily, his instructor was amazing with him. I don't think he would have liked it had she not been so attentive and caring. Very highly recommended.”
“The best place around - Been to many places and doug and Luke coach train non stop/ correcting and pushing the athletes to be the best they possibly can.. so happy we found asap truly has helped our young athletes. There knowledge is unmatched !”
“If you would like to try Pilates? This is the place to be. After several sessions of Pelvic Floor Therapy, my Physical Therapist said that Pilates is the only type of exercise she recommends for women. I tried classes at other places, but found an immediate home at Fit Philosophie. We work hard AND have fun. No place I’d rather be. Cannot say thanks enough to these incredible women for making me feel strong again! ??”

“Our extended family has belonged to this club for 30+ years. It's a members only club. They have basketball and volleyball leagues for kids and adults. They have a bar area where you can purchase drinks and bagged snacks. They have a video game room ($). They have a party space upstairs that members can rent. I believe there may still be gym equipment off of the basketball court. Our family has enjoyed many celebrations there.”
“I loved training here. Old school boxing gym with a lot of history. You will sweat! No air conditioning, but I'm used that sort of training from my karate school.”
7AM - 9PM
82 Carothers Rd, Newport“Out of all the Planet Fitness locations in the tri-state, this one’s my favorite. The free weight room is the largest I’ve seen. The changing rooms, showers, and bathrooms are consistently clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful. They have a huge range of machines, cables, smith, treadmills, ellipticals. It can get crowded in January and at peak times during weekdays, but it’s easy to work around. The equipment is always in great condition, and the people are pretty friendly.”
“The owner seemed like a pretty cool dude. He was knowledgeable and answered any rookie questions I had lol. They have a decent selection for a smaller gym but their hidden Gem. See what I did there ?. Is the Boxing Cardio studio.. looks so sick.”
“Love going to this location, it’s always clean and not super packed. Wish they were open until like 11PM/midnight every night. It makes Friday-Sunday difficult to get to.”
