Placed a reservation online the night before and the truck was almost ready by the time I got there when they opened. Truck was clean and transaction was smooth. Returned via overnight drop-off without an issue.

Terrible selection, only have full size and when you are the victim of an at fault accident the other parties insurance only covers intermediate or standard rates thus leaving the victim paying out of pocket. Selection should accommodate all insurance pay levels. Its a Tuesday during non holidays!!!

I set up a reservation through my insurance company at hertz rental almost a month and a half ago for March 21, 2022. My car was dropped off at the body shop and went to hertz to get my rental, upon arrival, hertz opened up later then what the manager had told me, i finally get to talk to someone and the manager said they do not have a car for me even tho i called 1 day in advance to verify they had a vehicle for my reservation and exclaimed they did. the manager at hertz told me he would upgrade my rental at my expense, i told him to go ahead and do it and after running around he said that they do not take my debit card, due to the bank, at this point i’m extremely frustrated due to being up all night for work and wanting to get this done and go home and relax, i left hertz and called around and around and got ahold of the branch manager at enterprise alexandria location, explained my situation and how i needed a vehicle due to mine being worked on at the body shop, he told me he had me covered and i can come in at any time and pick out my vehicle. i called my insurance company and swapped everything over to enterprise. upon arrival at enterprise the manager greeted me and went over vehicle options, due to the issues at hertz the manager told me he was gonna put me in a upgrade vehicle at a discount. walked away with a brand new truck that i love, the manager was kind, and very helpful and had me in and out after 10 minutes. will definitely bring back my service here any time i need a rental.

I never got to enjoy the rental or review the car. I had a reservation through my insurance set up. An email was sent from Enterprise to “Fast Track” my rental. The link wouldn’t work properly so I called right after opening and was on hold for just under 20 mins…. The same Covid recording kept playing, I wanted to hang up sooner just to quit hearing it.An employee Dean called back after almost 2 hrs later to confirm I had a reservation. I explained how long I was on hold and the email link wasn’t working, I said I took my business elsewhere. Not even skipping a beat, Dean paused and said “well ok then” then disconnected. Didn’t even attempt to fix the problem, apologize etc. seems Dean doesn’t care about income or making the business name stronger.Go to BMC Auto Rental up the road! They’ll take care of you!

I called night before to get a car at 8am next day. My ride dropped me off at 755am and went on to work ...at 758am they called me to tell me they didnt have a car and could I come later. Long story short i was left stranded. I'm giving them a two star because the guy called me back to say he'd have a car at 930.. I would have liked a call at 7am or said hey how can we make this right. I called bmc and they came and picked me up. Follow up..How about I'm sorry vs your standard reply

Unsafe and not road worthy! Breaks are screeching constantly. Not just when I push the break pedal. Needs an alignment, and likely ball joints. There are other car rental companies in town. Shop somewhere for your own safety!

Can't think of a time where I've ever had a bad experience with Enterprise. They're always really nice and helpful. If I had to give feedback it'd be that I really wish they had signs put up at the CVG airport for where to go when returning a car. Every other company has signs up, so I was a little confused about where exactly to return the car.
