Cottingham Ace Hardware is a great local hardware store and a great place in Alexandria, Kentucky. It is a family-owned business and part of the community. The store has a lot of inventory and is convenient for everyone. It is a fantastic place to rent tools, including equipment for concrete work, trenchers, and party machines. They also sell items like riding mowers and paint. The local owners and staff are generally knowledgeable, friendly, and fantastic, offering personal service and the best advice. Most of the staff are great and committed to helping, though one employee can sometimes be curt. Overall, it is the helpful hardware place for the neighborhood.

Great hardware store with a nice selection and it’s close to my house. If you don’t like driving into US27 then most everything is at Cottinghams Hardware. Give them a try next time.
