“I'm giving this five stars, because I know it has great potential. At the time of this review I've only had the computer for about 2 days, played a few games on it. It runs great, or should I say it ran great. I ran into this problem where I got a blue screen. The screen says automatic repair on it and it's only my 2nd day of trying to use it. I did everything I knew to do to try and get my PC running properly, but nothing worked. I called customer service, but have yet to talk to them maybe because they were not open? Again I think this Guardian Firefly 5700 Gaming PC is a 5 star Gaming PC regardless of the issue I'm having. I think the company is actually a great company to buy from. I just hope I can get some help.”
“Fantastic experience. This was a gift and I waiting until 5 days prior to needing it before ordering. I called Todd in customer service to see about expediting shipping, but he assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. Sure enough, the next day I received a shipping notice and delivery came 2 days later. Amazing! The computer is flawless and I would certainly recommend this company.”
