Can't say enough great things about Tim and his employees! When Tim realized the job was going to take longer than promised he rented a car on his dime so that my son could get to work at his new job. Who does that ? Tim ! Car is running great. Highly recommend! Thank you !!!

Tim and Jack checked out my (high-mileage) Honda's fractured exhaust pipe forward of the catalytic converter and repaired it with a section of pipe and welds.
The car is now quiet and runs great. The price was $85 plus tax.
It was the best auto repair experience I have had in a very long time. I plan to recommend Tim and Jack to everyone I know.

I have been coming to car x Alexandria for around 15 years. I drive over from the east side of Cincinnati to come to them. They are professional, kind and most of all honest and trustworthy. They will work with you on cost (being reasonable), accommodating on appointments, explain what they are doing to your car and why and give suggestions to take care of your car. Tim and the all the mechanics are just honest, good people. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Probably the Best Car Shop I have visited in a long time!
Tim and his guys are incredibly amazing, great at explaining what is going on with my car, present me all the options available and even give very good advise on car care.
If you live in the area, check them out, you will no regret your decision.

I've been a customer at Car-X in Alexandria for over 20 years! I stopped in to check why engine light was on and Tim, as usually, got me right in and took care of the problem.
Tim, Jack, Ben and Tom always make time to help me. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Wouldn't go anywhere else! And I've recommended them to some of my friends, and now they go there too!!

Tim, Jack, Ben and unsure of other worker's name helped me with my car today which had damage from someone rear-ended my car. They went out of their way to work on it and help get it straightened out as much as possible. My car is 20 years old and always runs good because of the care they put into it over the 20 years I've owned it.Thanks CarX for being such good mechanics! Shout out to Jack, who has done a lot of work on it but they ALL jump in to help or figure out things with it which is so great to see and you get all of their expertise! Thanks!

It's nice having a reliable place to take my car and my son's car. It's not super small or really big, so I don't have to worry about getting scammed or overpaying for service. The wait time is never too long.
