We purchased a 4 wheeler for our grandson and it has been a nightmare! We have spent $485 trying to get it working and after repeatedly repairing we still have a bike not rideable. Our grandson is still not able to ride his new bike. I am so disappointed that you work hard to buy things for your children and this is the service you get. Shop somewhere that has good service and good quality products, this place has neither. After reading reviews, I see that the chain coming off is a standard theme, the frames are cheap and mine actually broke. My grandson is 97 pounds riding on a mowed path.

Don't ever come here. I bought a scooter from here didn't even last a year and the maintenance guy tore some parts up and try make us come back and pay for this place is a joke.

Several years ago, I bought a 70cc Apollo for my son from here. We just sold it for a few hundred a couple weeks ago and it still ran (it’s an electric start and needs a starter). I bought it because it was a low price and his first dirt bike. We learned a lot from working on it, which isn’t a bad thing. We learned these smaller engines are very finicky and need properly winterized and maintained. They need some adjusting from time to time with chains and brakes. It’s true, some more expensive bikes are higher quality, but I was looking for an introductory bike and this one was perfect for us. Once we learned to work on it and maintain it, it was a very reliable bike until my son outgrew it.Now, he bought a 125cc from a friend and it’s currently at BB’s shop having work done to it. They were very friendly on the phone when I addressed what I wanted fixed and answered several questions. In the end, I trusted them enough to just ask them “fix what else you may see that needs it.”The price for parts and labor was very reasonable. Currently they’re waiting on parts to repair it and that’s ok. They had done a little work to our 70cc before we learned to do it ourselves and we were happy with them. They were the first place we called years later, also, I kind of hate working on dirt bikes ?. So I trust them with it.I’d recommend them for sales and service.

I gave 4 starts for the following reasons.1. No service manual2. Only had them for a few days.On the UP side1. They gave me the parts that when shipped were missing.2. The guys are friendly and get back with in a reasonable amount of time with any questions or concerns.

I guess I should have known better but the price was too tempting. Don’t fall for the low prices. My quad has 6 hours on it and has needed a new gear new carb new starter and not one thing is covered under warranty. My brothers sons quad has had twice that replaced with super low hours and you have to pay for everything. I would strongly suggest not buying anything from here just go with name brand it’s cheaper in the long run. Like I said I should have known better it’s truly my fault for cheating out but you get what you pay for. DO NOT BUY A QUAD HEREThe staff is nice and friendly this isn’t a stab at any one person but the product is straight garbage.

The worst organization I've ever had to work with, their products are lousy and cheap and they're service and parts are never available, service personnel are absolutely incompetent and dealing in customer service will never purchase Anything from there again and I highly recommend anyone and everyone out there avoid this place.

Good place to get a $1000 kids ATV for putting around a back yard. But don’t expect them to fix anything or stand behind there fake made up warranty they give. U will have issues 1/2 months in to owning it. 1st it will quit idling and die all the time. And all the bolts are like they were put on hand tire so they will vibrate off easy and fast. Then the remote shut off don’t work day 1. The key switch went bad 1st month. Chain is always coming loose no matter how much you tighten it. And there rims are made of china tin metal and if your 7 yr old knows how to do a burn out or power slide donut or anything fun for that matter the rims do not hold up they will rip off very easily and he is only 60-75 pounds. The owner treated us like shot when we asked to have it fixed.So if your kid ain’t scared and knows a little about riding don’t buy any of there china bikes go get a Honda or Polaris. They made there atv at Best Buy so cheap it’s gonna get the kids that have experience riding hurt cause they can’t do anything but put in a straight line in the grass

Been dealing with this shop for over a year. It was hard to find a pace to reliably work on chinese scooters. Good mechanics and a crisp response from the sales aspect. Fast service and fair prices. Highly recommend.
