Always great deals. They are putting out some Halloween related products, which are pretty awesome. I go in with my wife and of course she has to buy more than we need at the moment. However, it makes sense bc buying separately if more expensive.Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. And it is unfortunate they don't get a commission. Yet at the same time, it keeps them from hovering over you.

Let me sing this stores praises!!! My first time at this location and I'm so impressed with the Kindness, attentiveness and assistance I received. My face was horribly swollen due to a broken tooth. I already felt so ugly ? honestly.The staff didn't give me any weird looks or stares on the contrary the attitude of the employees was so cheerful and genuine. Which lifted my mood considerably. It was an absolute pleasure to shop and spend my money there! The store manager is also so organized, sweet and communicates very effectively with guests. I normally go to Crestview hills which is closer but I would rather drive to this location in Alexandria from now on. Great job team hope to see you again soon??

They made it right! I purchased the lotion designated specifically for dry hands, only to discover the scent is unpleasant and greasy. The Crestview Hills Mall location allowed me to exchange it for another kind. It actually broke me out; but, upon returning this one to the Alexandria location, the knowledgeable staff directed me to a tester made with sensitive skin in mind. After a little while, with no reaction, I finally exchanged my lotion for the last time. Love this choice!

B & B W keeps my place looking and smelling great! Their personal care line is fantastic and to top it off, they are gentle with my wallet. Love their rewards!
